Anavar and woman.

hmmm, I know this is probably not the right place to ask due to lack of woman expericing this but i'll give it a shot. I wanted to put my woman on Anavar 10/20mg a day. Now after reading the side effects and not having menstral cycles sometimes up to a few months it doesn't sound like a good idea.

Should I rather just be on the safe side and cycle her on T3 + some other fat burner (with a nice appetite suppressant?)

the reason women stop having their menstral cycle with anavar is generally when they are leading up to a show with extremely low level body fat and alot of them will use anti estrogens in this time,i have heard of women who are lower than 12% not having a period and thats cos of low level bf...

if u are gonna use t3 u need some form of anabolic or it will chew her muscle away quickly,also with the keto she shouldnt feel hungry at all really...hows her progress so far pump?

Yo... You right she isn't hungry she has to force the food down... hmm, DJ any other anbolic that is safer, what is the saftey of winstrol over anavar? And rather have her on 5mg winstrol a day?

She is suffering bad head aches (body detoxing) been around 3 days now, its not blood pressure, etc.. But she is doing better, she some days just wants to cry and cant take it anymore... but if the head aches go I think she will feel better, she got a dose of flue at the same time.. Her face has never looked that thin before and her body is really hardening up, she still has some weight on her hips but due to the flue not been able to burn enough calories, down 3 kgs though, sitting at 54kgs now.

the head ache should subside,remember it takes 3-6days to be in full ketosis,i mean she has been eating carbs for 21 years or so bro,its not an over night thing for her body to switch on to running on ketones... but the head aches being that hard core arent from the diet and probably from the flu...that fat will come off if she carries on and does her cardio bud...promise...

I know it will bro, i'm just keeping her focused, once she gets to her cheat day she will be really happy and then a week won't be too bad.. i'm getting her to talk about it and what she will be having just to help her find sanity... she got brought up in a house where every cupboard is filled with sweets, chocolates, etc

Sorry she was on 58 she is not at 54, thats 4 kgs in a week and not even being able to train as hectic as she wants due to the first few days no energy then the flue... this next week should be very intresting

load her up on the corenza c's,and use a product called acc 200,its a S2 but it will kill all the mucus build up.. also a nice thing to throw into the mix there is stuff call lictagon if i am not mistaken,immune booster,2-3days she will be as right as rain hopefully...4kgs in a week,wow,shows u how much water she was retaining...but will get her down to 50kgs with abs

Yo, so about the winstrol, you recon 5mg instead of the var?

eish i am not to sure bud,women are different creatures to play with anabolics,that being said winstrol and anavar are two of the safest to use in low dose though,i wouldnt go more than 20mg a day for either...

Well I experienced minimal side effects (just acne which was mild), I also got winnie but after the Var I decided just to stick to Var as I didn't want to mess around with something that was working for me, but like dj said, all women are different. Those that do lose their cycle for a few months usually get it back. To be safe I would only cycle it for 10 weeks, mine was 11. I cycled while I was on the pill as well, that way you know your hormones are to some degree normal and will help with quick recovery post cycle (like PCT). What does your lady actually want to achieve with Var/winnie? The bonus with var/winnie is that their half lives are so short that if she does notice any drastic sides, she can stop right away and they will most likey be reversible

It's mainly just to stop her from muscle waisting with using the T3 and being on Keto. So wanted her to use 10mg per day of Winnie with the T3, around 8 -> 10 weeks?

She will also be on the pill as you said it does help keep her hormones under control to a point.

Netro how would you recomend it? 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off, etc?

In that case i wouldn't use aas to prevent muscle wasting unless she's got experience with it. Muscle wasting on keto is minimal so I would just stick with t3 and clen to be safe

Well she isn't going to get any experience if she doesn't use anything, hence starting her off on a very low dose of winstrol? Is 4 weeks ok? She also wants to compete later this year so needs to become somewhat anabolic to put on enough muscle on her small frame?

I agree.
T3 and clen is not a good cocktail IMO and generally discourage the use of them together.
Just go with clen and see what the results are or maybe a nice fat burner for the ladies, liqui-burn is good in that regard and if you can get some then use that.

I am also not sure how stimulants affect the pill, but since you on cycle as well it should not be an issue with pregnancy BUT be safe anyway.
Hormones is another discussion and not "qualified" to comment.

If she insists on an anabolic, then rather use var and clen combo, far better than the winny and less sides as well.

Agree, i would choose var over winny, other forums have said to choose var over winny for women due to less sides, its not that expensive for a women to run var and the little extra you pay for Var is worth it if the risks are less

Please explain what you mean by the sides, I know the side effects for Winnie very well in a man, but i'm not sure I under them in a female.

Yes I understand the common ones, hair growth, etc.. but what 'sides' could she expect and wouldn't you see them coming on?

If I recall correctly, you are abstaining from you know what until you are married, right???

Well expected sides would be hair growth, acne, loss of the menstrual cycle, deepening of the voice and enlargement of the clit. I only got acne, and like five pimples on 10mg/day but I think 5mg would be fine actually and then she can always up it to 10mg after 4 weeks if she wants. But if she starts to notice sides, it can be stopped and plasma levels will be cleared quickly and sides will subside and most likely be reversed
