hCG testing

Dear All
I have been told the hCG Pregnyl will not cause a pregnancy test to show positive when directly testing it, why is that you have to take it and test ur piss to know if it is legit?

Well this is just a guess so dont take my word for it but its probably bcos its the metabolite of hCG pregnyl that reacts with the pregnancy test but will try find out for sure

Apparently it will give a false results if you're using hcg

I'm using HCG, so maybe I should try a pregnancy test and see if it's positive And if it is, hope to Christ it's the HCG

keep doing HPTs and see if they fade, get stronger, stay the same... If it is going to fade it would probably be gone in the next 2 days I would think.

but why then does it not detect hcg in it's purest form?

after reconstituting the hCG, I put some of it on the pregnancy test, nothing happens. It is relatively pure compared to whatever u piss out.

Bump Sting, it usually comes with a sodium chloride solution which I sure would affect the test. Unless you're using bacterostatic water, I'm sure this is the reason.

If you suspect your GH is fake buy a simple home pregnancy test. If the test shows up as positive it is HCG and not GH. GH will never give a false positive on a pregnancy test. This positive or negative will tell you if you have been sold HCG instead of HGH.This is something iv'e found on the net

Yes solvtech, the reaction that occurs is very specific, its based on the antigens of hcg (which are unique) binding to an antibody on the test. I just want to find out what bobmugababol suspended the hcg in, if it was sabax water or sodium chloride cos I think if it was sodium chloride it may affect the binding of hcg to the the antibody due to non specific binding

I reconstituted the hCG in the given solvent that comes with the pack. Dont know if it is saline or BA water.

to fake hcg would be silly, but we've seen in the past that it happens (eg albumine)
to test if u have real gh or not, you need to have used real gh at least once before. after a day or two of intake u shd 'feel' effects and if its real or not, very easely.
gh is very powerfull at the right amounts (starting up from 6 ED)

I actually got some of it (Pregnyl) in the pharmacy here, apparently legal, but with some pharmacies here u can never be too sure. It just bothers me as all 20 pharmacies I visited told me the supplier have problems, then this one pharmacy had it and promised to order more, from where then? I don't want to inject sum egg shit into my ass!

if u got pregnyl through pharmacy i doubt its counterfeit

I'm injecting 1,000IU per week HCG at the moment, broken into 3 pins per week.

I did a pregnancy test and I'm still pure Was worried how am I going to look my dad in the eye

It was a dual pack, so I'm injecting tonight, so will try again in the morning and see if anything. (using LP HCG in Sodium Chloride solution)

You may need to dilute the HCG down if detecting it directly on the strip. What brand are you using, they have different detection limits.

The salt in solution may have an influence on antibody binding yes. But for injection it is not above 150mM (similar to the body salt content) and this does not affect the immune complex from forming.
