Hi guys as a first time user of steriods which whould be the best to take to add some lean muscle and tablet virson i got a fobia for injections

If you not gonna inject then rather look at natural alternatives, orals are more toxic than injectables and more sides as well as your body takes a bigger knock. All of that aside, it's very difficult to hang onto oral gains and this is what it's all about, long term - permanent like gains.

Bro, there are so many, but if you have the cash muscletech and you can mail kevin and he will sort you out. Think he even does diets etc so get hold of him. Nutrition Lab is also very good and a little cheaper, rate them as well and let me know and I will send you their details.

Please post his details cause i would like to get hold of sum supplements as i would like to make a change. Looks like many people are in favor of Nutrition lab and the guys actually knows the products
