dont stress...its just we get similar posts from newbs all the time, spend enough time on here and you'll understand.
The reason we dont give out sources is purely for their protection and our own, and to protect the industry and community as a whole.
Feel free to ask advice on any topic, but sourcing any products will be up to you im afraid... try ask someone at your gym who looks pretty juiced up
