Its not unusal to not get pain, thats the great thing with PGW prop there is no pain.

Only 2cc in your shoulder??

I think it depends on the size of the shoulder.

I get 3cc just fine.

First of all i dont have frikkin clue how the test prop and winni will effect u coz u already 120 at 8/9% BODY fat.... If anything u gonna look scary. And with 6months GH ...FATHER LORD!

Ha ha haaaa..............that is the whole idea bro.......i just need to eat more. Struggling to eat a lot but I am sure as hell trying!!

Just eat man Its easy once u get into that routine its much better.

When I hear Ostrich steaks I just think $$$$$ my gosh that is an expensive diet!!

Luckily got the steak cheaper as usual and it is just for the odd days I will have something like that. Struggle eating chicken day in and day out.
