I am starting a course in Jan and I want to use Insulin.
I am 90kg pretty lean 12% bf 6.2ft
I need advice on how much insulin to use, when to use it, and a list of do's and don'ts from your personal experience.
Much appreciated!
My course is going to consist of deca 350 and supertest 320 1ml of each every sunday and wednesday.
Thanks

I have read that insulin could be very dangerous if not used correctly:
On the other side of the coin, the more insulin present the more nutrients are likely to reach and nourish the muscle cells. In fact, many consider insulin to be the body's top anabolic hormone. Some bodybuilder's looking for big muscle gains actually inject insulin (dangerous, and definitely not recommended).
So, where does this leave you, the person trying to gain lean muscle weight while limiting body fat gains? How should you use your knowledge of insulin to help you to your goals?
Basically, you want to increase your insulin levels when it is more likely that the nutrients are going to muscle cells and decrease your levels (balance) when it is more likely the nutrients are finding homes in fat cells. This speaks to the importance of spiking levels (loading up on simple carbs) pre and post workout (the times when muscle cells are going to be the most receptive).

bud all i can say is dont use insulin unless u intend on turning pro,i promise u now that u can grow alot more using AAS and a good diet before u even consider insulin, there are so many risks with insulin such as diabetic coma, storing of intramuscular fat(not easy to get rid of) and turning into an insulin dependant diabetic, all that for an extra 2 kgs a cycle?? i dont think it is worth it, post up your diet let us see that and maybe u will be surprised that u arent eating enough to grow... and dont say 1 serving and some of this and 2 chicken breasts i want weights of all your food.down to the gram and i bet u i can point out some faults that u need to adjust inorder to grow before u even consider insulin

I have had very nice gains after I was diagnosed as type 1 diabetic at age 16, gained about 12kg in that year. At that time I was using 18 IU of slow acting and 8 (3X/day) IU of fast acting insulin. Thats a total of 42 IU of insulin a day! I literally had to keep my jaw moving and pumping down food the whole day to prevent any low blood sugar levels. At the moment I'm using a total of 28 IU units a day and even at this dosage its a real battle to get rid of body fat.
Rather be safe and sorry about your gains than to be dead and not worry.

,but is the banana 10cm long or 20cm long,is it thick or is it thin,
20cm and thick
Bump DJ, don't play with insulin-thats dangerous stuff with irreversable effects-you accidentally od with gear, you get a couple of zits, maybe lose some hair. Od with insulin and you're in a diabetic coma.

It a really good idea to carry super c's with you if you are using insulin, they can really save your life and no you won't only use 3g of it like 3 or 4 tabs.

I was told to have 1table spoon of peanut butter once,i can take a tea spoon and fit more on a teaspoon then on 1 table spoon,it all depends on how heaped the amount that u have is.
I've always taken the amounts per tablespoon on teaspoon as the exact measures described (15mL and 5mL). I have my own set of measuring spoons at home... Of course its not pleasant measuring out a tablespoon of PB, but after checking it once I know that for me a nice heaped teaspoon of PB is the equivalent of an exact tablespoon, and been using that ever since.
Sorry if I offend you

Listen to these guys and forget about doing slin, you are going to be sorry in the long run or dead. Sort out your diet do 3 to 4 bulking cycles over the next 2 years. I know you are going to say, fuck 2 years is to long, but as we all know BB is a sport that take time and there is no quik fix even if we use AAS it takes time.

Firstly, posting a question completely unrelated to the actual thread in which you are posting, which does not belong to you, is called highjacking a thread. STOP IT! :smack-bum
Either post in a related thread or start your own threadwhere you can ask all the questions you want.
Secondly, if you want advice you need to be more specific. "With rice", or "a shake", does not tell anyone how many calories and how much carb or protein you are having. You need to break down your macros and calories.
Thirdly, are you really tiny or dieting massivly? That is very little food! Especially around training. If you are trying to put on muscle you wont.

...... Forget about the yoghurt, lactose doesn't help fat reduction.......
Did you see tha episode of "Truth about Food" where a guy is put on a diet with no dairy for a month and then on dairy for another? Other parts of the diet were exactly the same.
The fat wat seperated from his excrement in both months. The month with the dairy had HUGE amounts of fat as excrement.
Aparently dairy causes less fat to be absorbed.
