Ulcer?

I had it one or twice after a weekend of drinking. It soon went away.

btw... you can try adding some lactase drops to your shake....its meant to replace the lactase enzymes you lacking....
available at a pharmacy near you...
batteries and accessories sold seperately....

Enzymes are pretty potent, a few drops is overkill but can u really get a hold of lactase at a pharmacy or are u just playing around?

Try that new milk, its lactose free and pretty much the same price as normal long life milk and tastes pretty much the same. It's called Easy-Gest by parmalat, about R10 a L and it has been treated with lactase so all the lactose has been converted to glucose and galactose. If this doesnt help then the whey may contain lactose but it should be minor

I have had this before!

1.Try changing shakes it could be that.
2.What other supplements are you taking ? It could be one of them.
3.Lay off everything for a couple days then resume and see maybe your colon was just playing up.
4.Get some buscopan over the counter at any dispencery this helps with cramps.

Most shakes already have lactase enzymes in.
But if the milk is causing your discomfort, try 50/50 milk and water in your shake. It makes it taste better, and it may just lessen your discomfort.

Dream BIG, one Rep at a time.

oh..the reason I ask is cause I went from a 2.0 g of carb per serving supp to a 15g carb per serving supp (protein content is much higher too) and literally playing the butt trumpet constantly...I was under the impression it was the protein

what product are u using that u went from such a jump? 2.0g carbs seems like its whey buy not sure what products have 15g of carbs, look the body might be have a problem digesting those carbs from protien shakes as they are generally the high gi sort like dextrose or maltodextrin, try and have whey and oats and see if it takes away the gas instead of the mass builders...

Probiotics my friend. Sounds like a form of IBS.
You have a few options and unfortunately death is imminent, a slow death and you will probably live till 85 or 95. LOL

Anyway, take the capsule or plain yogurt. You can get this from any pharmacy and the yogurt from your spar etc.

If you mixing with milk, look at fat free and stay away from dairy.

Gas, pancreoflat (spelling) is the best.

Did not read the complete post so if I am off here, excuse me.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

Netro, I suppose it differs from person to person but pankreoflat did nothing for me when I had stomach cramps and gas(big time). I also tried 3 other products and found Probiflora 4(Probiotics) to be the best.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?
