Cutting Cycle

Hi guys

I’m 26, 1.79m,and BF about 26%
I’ve started gym a few months ago after a forced time off

I want to go in a cutting cycle as i have baby fat to cut off again
I would like to heard what the smart guys on the forum would recommend for this cycle
needless to say it will be joined with a 0 fat, low carb diet.

please include cycle time
and dosage amounts
