Doesn't hurt when injecting, just a bit the day afterward for me, just the quad. You get use to it. (voel soos 'n lammie)

You should inject EOD

Glute, quad and deltoids.

You guys are brave to shoot in the Delts, i try sticking 2 the Quads inject 1.5ml (150mg) and a little bit of EQ taking total injection to 1.8/1.9ml (quite a lot) monday, wednesday, friday. If i try that in my delts and get the pain i get in my quads but amplified it will really hamper my training.
How much do you guys inject in your delts?
Peace

Novices should stick to the following sites:
1. Glutes
2. Quads
3. Shoulders

That is more than enough for prop to alternate off.

Leave delts for now.

Shot prop for 10 weeks last cycle and never saw the need to move from the glutes, now tryin to stick to the quads for this cycle, which is 8 weeks. Week 2 So far so good. Netro and where do you propose these newbies shoot in the 'shoulder region' if not for their delts?
Rookies should stick to quads and glutes i rate, thats 4 alternating spots, should be more than ample even on a long cycle.

LOL, sorry.

Shoulder for intermediate ..... apparently my multi-tasking needs some work :P

This is just a guide line guys as your quad is a way bigger muscle than your shoulder.
If you happy with pinning there then your choice.

For quads, use a shorter needle, this helps as well.

Andre by all means whatever works for you works, "if it aint broke dont fix it".
Just saying i couldnt imagine prop in the Delt, just try your Quad though, hurts less than the ass for me. I use a 23guage- 1" needle and leave a little out.
Its also the most managable spot by far, no awkward angles. Less chance of something going wrong.

How much Prop have you guys tried in your Delts? Who knows might be better than the Quads, just dont wanna fu*k with my training at this stage. Slightly lame leg i can deal with, slightly lame arm will drive me nuts.:banghead

Man the delts are not that bad.

i m injecting almost all my test in my delt prop, cyp, sust.(but not test suspention, even in the bud that stuff hurt so that i've couldn't sit for weeks)

i use prop at the moment and inject 200mgs eod. because i've no one to inject me, i inject myself in the shoulder. from this week i got a partner who is also on a cycle, so from this week he wil be injecting me in the triceps.

i feel where you inject any test, the growth is a little better that the onther muscles.
so inject your prop on your weak points.

A steroid is anabolic, injecting in a site can't make the muscle grow any faster... it might make it swollen (bruised) but thats it... unless you using something like synthol site injections do jack shit...

i totally agree.

its just that i've been injecting in my shoulders for a long time, and it feels like my shoulders become one of my strong points.
and im not talking about in a cycle that they looks good, even when im not on a cycle they looks really good.

But thats for me what i thinks it make a little better gains at the point where injecting.

Best place to shoot is the chest, heals the quickest.

I will never use Nomad Prop EVER! That stuff hurts like absolute hell for days, I believe its the solvent they used to make the Prop.

I will always use PGW Prop, no pain whatsoever...
