LOL
Supplement with MSM or get a good joint repair supplement.
Deca only works when you using it, going off and the problem comes back.
Not good to use AAS to try and cure a joint problem.

Clen has anabolic properties and thus the weights increase = extra strain on your joints etc.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

Ye, it's not like deca is going to 'fix' your joint issues... also I don't like the weight of the pro/con of it... to get a bit of relief on your joints you stuck with polactin sides, no thanks...

as netro said, msm works... so does oil.... if you not having enough oil in your diet you going to get feel it... supplement with flaxseed or something to that effect.

well i never stop using the oil, i also take in more natty peanut butter and mac nut oil, and never had any problems again. i did use a lot of msm clocosamine at the begining.

my elbow was really fuket up man, use those oils permanently, and then throw in some msm clocosamine for faster results, or if the pain is very bad.

Arm wrestling does fuck up your elbow pretty bad. Not lekka

Are any of you guys saying you definately notice improvements on joints using MSM alone?
I have never used the compound and there is no much in the way of scientific evidence supporting any claims made for MSM on joints, so I'm just curious about your reviews... ?

It all helps, must say I have been using it for over a year and can definitely say it helps. I had huge issues with my ankles in the morning, could not get out of bed before "warming" them up. Used MSM and a year later it's all good. Flat feet did not help my situation either, but orthotics sorted that out.

I use the tabs by Solgar, with rose hips (sounds gay, but they work)

Inja, i have serious doubt about this stuff as well, but im too scared to stop using it(arthro guard intense)!

As soon as the 19Nor's (even Tren) hit my body the joints(mainly elbow and shoulder) stop complaining. Any other time they hurt ALL the time.

Alright thanks alot for the replies guys. I might try it and see if it eases discomforts I get from time to time, but my joints aren't really bad and I've tried to look after them so we'll see...
