Injecting Sites

Hey guys, need some advice please before i start. Due to the way i have setup my cycle, i will be needing more than 2 shots a week. I have only done glutes before and because of that i am unsure of the best places other than glutes to inject?

What other 3 places are the safest and least painful?

I would go quads, shoulders and chest. Look at the download section, I uploaded e-books there on injection sites etc
