Testostorone and Heart Growth was created by Lesa
Well ive been told some new things today so I thought i post and see what you guys have to say about it. I know that Growth hormone can cause organs to grow and especially at high dosages. But today I was told that testostorone can do the same for the heart. Does anyone know anything about this. So high intensity training like boxing should not be done while running test in cycles? Anyone knows anything about this? O yea btw DJ did you speak to conan or doc about that propecia question?

Yep, afraid its true bro. While exercise itself causes the heart to grow I'm of the group that believes that AAS increase this effect. I'm afraid it just comes with the territory.
I don't know how much more of a strain a stint in the ring is compared to a session at the gym because I don't fight, but I don't see how it's any worse...

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

Ok but understand this, you can get an 'enlarged heart' where its an issue, or you can have an 'athletes heart' and this is a 'GOOD THING' as your heart is larger and more healthy. The reason for this is due to the type of endurance, etc you are doing.. For instance when I was younger I surfed most days around 3 hours, but when the waves where cooking I surfed around 6 hours..

Now tests where done to say the left side of my heart is enlarged but the cardiologist said its nothing to worry about and I should be happy that I have a 'healthy heart'.

Now if you damange your heart by drugs, etc that is a completly different story. And doing things like training when you sick puts allot of strain on the heart muscle. Make sure you stick to basics and look after yourself and you going to be ok...

Note: little trick, if anyone does feel a heart attack coming on, I have done research to prove that constant caughing until you can get 'help' will/should prevent a heart attack from coming on.

So I should basically stop boxing during my next bulking testostorone cyle. Maybe just do light cycling or something like that to minimize the risks?

I doubt you have anything to worry about.... I would worry more if your test was suppressed... you are more prone to heart problems with low estrogen / test levels than you are with esculated.

i'm not a doctor, maybe doctari would correct me if i'm wrong... but thats what i'm lead to believe.

I heard that it does increase the size of the left ventricle, but cardio keeps it in check.
