With the Test Prop as above or after? It will not help that much together with the prop if you are not dropping the water.

50mg ED. Then your getting 350mg Winnie a week which is good for gains, and the dosages are high enough in comparison to the prop alone to start competing with the aromatase enzyme, so will start hardening out a bit.
