If u can afford it, it would be great. But any creatine monohydrate is good enough, creatine monohydrate is creatine monohydrate

Supplements do help, and there are a few essential ones you should be taking, but the biggest factor is going to be how you eat and how you train.

Don't ever lose sight of that IMO. It's absolutely fundamental before all else.

Before you go looking at supplements, work out a diet, a training program and make a commitment to stick to them both.

Good luck.

Add some glutamine, branched chain amino acids, a good multi vitamin and vitamin c on top of the protein (whey is good) and the creatine

Personally I find Biltong to be the best supplement i ever need for training and putting on size. I can manage with 500 gs per day split between my big meals. Can guarantee you it works better than any protein shake or amino acid out there.

Another thing with taking Gear to early without the experience.

When you start training there are many connecting tissues ,muscles, nerves and so on that will go under strain and have to develop with you "new transformation"

There are many little muscles you have not trained before connected to larger muscles. Even you bones have to get use to the increased amount of weights they going to be lifting.

These all take time to train and repair and should not be rushed.

Starting gear to soon can make some muscles grow faster than the previous neglected muscles (leaving them behind) thus not giving you a proper build.

Maybe you have seen some guys with funny looking builds . This is a result of them using gear to soon , only having there stronger muscles grow , dwarfing the rest.

Each muscle needs to be strengthened to their peak , so they can grow in proportion.

Thats the way I would understand it.

Never fraternize with them as equals, never accept them as your social equals or they will devour you, they will destroy you.

I started using gear at school already and its one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. I never learned how to become big naturally and today I can pull the hair out of my head. Now when I'm off gear I feel that I won't grow, if you start using juice too early it'll screw you up mentally and you'll think its the only way to grow. This is first hand knowledge no internet research, the school of hard knocks.

Now THAT was something I never thought I would hear in here! I thought I was the only one!! During winter I go hunting very often and it helps that I'm a very good shot. Venison biltong is a great form of protein and its lean. Whats also great is when certain parts of the meat can be cut into some chops, steak, make lean mince. In my opinion you cant go wrong there. One thing to bare in mind is the amount of sodium or salt con tained in the biltong.

Lesa my man, up your karma bud ;)
