Does nipple pain equal gyno formation?

[object Object] I have been on cycle for a while. Didn't notice any side effects until the 6th week. I noticed my nipples have started to pain. A lot. Very painful.  
I have Nolvadex and Arimedix on hand. But I don't want to take anything cause I know serms and ai can be bad for lipids and sexual function. But also I don't want to wait to long. Don't want to take it when its too late.

I have been on 350mg. Inject 3 times a week. 

Side note I added VAR but I doubt it's var cause var doesn't cause nipple pain. Only side effect I noticed from Var is lethargy and headaches. But it calmed down. 

Should I reduce my test?

Reduce your test to 3mg per kg of body weight. If you are 120kgs and injecting 350mg and getting gyno, you going to have to reduce to 2mg per kg. You may have to start on the serm to block estrogen at that receptor site of the breast tissue, but it may take a few days or weeks to settle down depending on how bad it is. 

What is your current body weight?

I have had pain in my nipples while on var only.

Anyway that's irrelevant, you need to see where your E2 levels are, when they at the level you describing you growing tissue, meaning going forward things are always more complex the longer you leave it.. I would get the E2 and dose accordingly, you can't say you don't want 1 side effect like lipids but you fine with estrogen which has its own issues when too high..
