you are just going to be spinning your wheels cos I know that some people's binges can get over 6000 kcal at a time. so you are going to be using drugs to offset that and it's going to be a waste of your time.
seek professional help too, as well as read a book called never binge again. it makes you set up food rules and understand where the binges come from etc.

Dont have temptations in the house. Get rid of the bad stuff,
keep lower/empty calories in the cupboards, rather binge on a bowl of popcorn than a slab of choc.
Coming from a 1kg bag of sweets a day, trust me, your cravings and binges arent strong enough for you to go grab stuff at the local engen when its past 8pm
what are you binging on? Junk? Second helpings of supper?

T3 can elevate heart rate and it most certainly does cause anxiety.
Clen, Yohimbine, T3, ECA or any other stimulant is a no-go if you are taking meds for anxiety disorders.

bud you really are playing with fire here. honestly, I would suggest PULLING ALL STIMULANTS: pre-workout, coffee, coke zero, clen, yohimbine, t3. work on building up your muscle mass, and metabolism with food and try and fix the binge eating issues.
you are basically using drugs to offset the caloric difference you are binging, also it seems like you don't have a great relationship with food and this is just a recipe for disaster and eating disorders. IF you were no so hungry all the time from eating at maintenance, you most likely wouldn't binge.
your anxiety disorder (and this is not meant in any harsh way as when I went through my divorce I had the same issues) needs to be addressed. get your head right in a manner you feel comfortable, and realize I'm not giving you shitty advice. As Obelix says, you can't eat it if you don't buy it. if you pre-plan your meals, and adequate calories and have the rule to stay out of the kitchen or where temptation is after your meal, and you stick to the rule, you will be on a good way to recovery. You are setting yourself up for yo-yo dieting and putting on more weight than you loose if you carry on down this path.

"it's just frustrating to not have any control over your calorie intake" uhhhhh dude, sorry to tell you this, but you do have control over your calorie intake. You are the only one putting the fork in your mouth. NO one else. You my friend are looking for an excuse to blame drugs for your mental state and binge eating which is not happening. IT IS YOU, YOUR CHOICE, AND YOUR CONTROL.
if you have bipolar, you really need to stay away from stimulants, and to be honest, I'm checking out of this thread, cos I've dealt with many people with this mood disorder, and no matter what you tell them, they always come to their own conclusion and don't listen to the advice.
I wish you all the best on your way to recovery bud, but you are looking for excuses and justifications to use the drugs you are wanting to use.

I am an example, and for once, its a good one
Seriously though, Im self diagnosed Bi polar etc... read up way too much and eventually just decided that im normal.
BUT i do stress eat, busy at work, stress eat, wife shouting at the kids, i eat.... Difference is now I eat low calorie stuff and skip the sweets and junk as much as possible. We all cope with food, it makes us feel safe and feel good. If your body has fuel, you will survive anything. Its primal. its normal
Good luck, and keep posting updates, check in and let us know how it works, Sadly living with others will make it trickier, but you gotta have some self control

2nd off, eat all your meals with chopsticks. Even all your binge food. What this does is slows down the time between shoveling food into your mouth and how long it takes to hit the stomach, cos try as you might, eating a muffin that you've broken down into small pieces with chopsticks is going to take forever.

You also need natural sleep, not something that will knock you out.
What are you binging on?
