I am on TRT for the past 18 days. Sustanon 250. Doctor prescribed it to be taken every 14 days. I managed to convince him to dose me every 10 days. He won't go less than ten days until I do bloods 59 days after my first injection.
I decided to supplement this with LP Turinabol from day one. Hoping to run it for 5 weeks. One tablet (20mg) daily. I started to notice a moon face developing after about five days. Obviously the doctor is not aware of the tbol.Is there something I can do about the moon face and lower back pumps?
I have more energy and train much better now. 4 days a week weights and 4 days a week cardio 20 mins. 2 cardio days are not on days I do weights.

Last TestE 600 mg weekly cycle of 12 weeks ended over a year ago. Never recovered even after an extended PCT.

Some stats
Age 49
Height 179 cm
Weight 97 kg
Body fat approx 23 (low test aided me to put on fat :) )
Diet under 2000 cal

Bloods before starting TRT
Total Test 6.1
SHBG 73
Free Test 66

Many thanks in advance.

What is your dose? 250mg sust every 10 days?

1. best to split your dose up and inject more frequently for a smaller estrogen spike. I noticed that you haven't given us your estrogen levels. Bit of a shot in the dark. your body fat is also high so your body is more prone to estrogen conversion and may need an AI if your e2 is too high and if changing injection protocol doesn't help.

2. eating under 2000cal but you're 97kgs at 23% bf? doesn't make sense to me. Give us full breakdown of your diet and training and cardio routine.

3. I'd highly advise not going behind your doctors back and using other substances. your blood results will come skewed . The only thing I would advise is that you drop tbol completely for your back pumps. tbol also won't give you moon face as it is not an aromatizing compound. also, your water retention will increase back pumps, this will be from increased e2 levels from your sustanon protocol if that is the cause

your current caloric levels are too low for you, you are eating at BMR and you are going to put yourself into a negative energy balance which is going to slow down thyroid functions and the rest.

sust is crap for trt, too many esters, too many fluctuations and that undeconate is the fucker for estrogen issues. you are better off getting a UPA test and doing your own trt with a more constant weekly biweekly dosage.

i would actually love to see your HB1AC and fasted glucose and insulin numbers, also thyroid numbers TSH,T3,T4

also how long after your last cycle did you go for blood.

jooceboi456 is right about higher body fat levels leading to higher aromatization.

if you were my client and working with me, there would first off need to be more steps done and also getting some MISS cardio in (20mins 5x a week at heart rate 130-140bpm) days you do cardio the step count comes down to 6000 a day, days you don't 8500 a day.

Many thanks for the reply jooceboi456

The Sustanon is dosed at 1ml (250) every 10 days. First two injections was 14 days apart. After which I convinced the Doctor that I should try 10 days apart. So next injection will be on the 17th.

Training and diet started 3 days after starting TRT.

Diet is as follows
6:30 Bowl of oats with fat free milk and no sugar.
9:30 1 slice of low GI toasted bread with peanut butter or 2 eggs and 1 low GI toast
12:30 portion of Fish / chicken / lamb / soya with little brown rice and green salad
15:00 4 provitas with cheese
18:00 small portion of brown rice and small portion of curry
I drink at least 2 cups of coffee and 3 cups of tea every day. Fat free milk and no sugar or sweetener.
Try to drink 4 cups of water a day (But with winter, it becomes difficult)

Training is as follows
Cardio 20 mins HITT for 10 mins and Steady speed for 10 mins on a thread mill (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday or Sunday).
Heart rate is around the average of 140.

Weights

Monday Chest 3 X exercises X 3 Sets, Triceps 2 X exercises X 3 sets
Tuesday Back 3 X exercises X 3 Sets, Biceps 2 X exercises X 3 sets
Wednesday Shoulders 3 X exercises X 3 Sets, Legs 2 X exercises X 3 sets, calves 1 X exercise X 3 Sets
Thursday Biceps 3 X exercises X 3 Sets, Triceps 2 X exercises X 3 sets
Friday Date Night ????

I did not have e2 levels checked. Doctor refused too. Now I will do it on my own on Monday.
I do have Adex on hand.

I was planning to run Tbol for 35 days. That will give me 24 days to clear before my next bloods. Not sure if that is sufficient thou.

Many thanks for your replies Empire

The first time I did bloods after my last cycle was about a year later ????

Requested blood levels below. This was before I started TRT. Should also advise that I do have hypothyroidism and I am on treatment for the past 25 years. I take 2 X ethyrox daily and used to take 2 X tertroxin twice daily. Based on the blood results that I will post below, the Doctor reduced the tertroxin to 1 tablet Twice daily.

B-HBA1C ( DCCT) 6.3%
HbA1c (IFCC) 45mmol/mol
Estimated Average Glucose 7.4 mmol/L
P-Glucose Random 5.8 mmol/L
TSH 0.04 ulU/ml
FT4 12.9 pmol/L

Many thanks for the the advice. I will increase the cardio days and steps.

I must say that I do feel a lot better. Libido is back to normal, mind is clearer and overall mood is good. Energy levels are far better than before.

I do have UPA TestE. I ordered before seeing the doctor but never used it because the doctor put me on sustanon. I think I will do my own TRT after the next bloods. Please advise how to dose the TestE for TRT and also how to switch from Sustanon to TestE.

ok first off how do you determine 2000 kcal from that diet? you need a kitchen scale, and you need to weigh out and measure everything you eat and track it in an app like fat secret. throw the soy out of your diet, every client I have ever had who eats soy products develops estrogen issues because of the phytoestrogens.

your protein allotment is tiny and that is an issue. rather have 4 meals a day where you are getting decent protein intake. learn to count calories and read labels if not find me on social media and I can assist you with coaching but I do charge. your protein intake needs to be roughly 220g a day, which over 4 meals is 55g per meal. about 280g of skinless chicken breasts will cover that. lamb is insanely fatty. your diet is mainly carbs and high fats. so a glucose level of 7.4 is insane. should be close to 4.5 in the morning, did you doctor prescribe Glucophage?

I would dump any cooking in oil and only use curry spices etc not adding butter, sunflower oil coconut milk etc to your curries unless you are making small individual portions that you can measure every ingredient 1 by 1

you don't need to use adex, you need to just do things correctly, and get rid of body fat and estrogen won't be an issue.

Many thanks for all the advise.

I am using Fat Secret now. it is an awesome app.I will also increase my cardio to to 5 X this week.
Moon face is still present.
Strength is better. I increased the disks on all my exercises from yesterday.
I started an electrolyte supplement as of Sunday together with the Taurine that I was already taking. I see a noticeable difference on the lower back pumps and the shin pumps (which I forgot to mention previously) during cardio.
I have been put on Metformin 850mg 2 X a day for the past five years.

I really appreciate all the advise.

7.4 on 850mg Glucophage 2x a day???? Holy hell. You need to stop with the foods you eating and clean that shit up for a long time to get that down. My God that isn't good.

I would honestly wouldn't go over 150g of carbs a day at this stage, protein 250g a day and balance from fat. Of you 150g of carbs a day I would have at least 50g of those from vegetables. Your health needs it. The water will drop off you quickly if you do that.
