Deca for tennis elbow was created by Mr.W
Morning ladies and gents

I have been struggling with tennis elbow for about 6 weeks now and im no expert on tennis elbow nor deca hence me asking instead of just doing.

Would deca help with the tennis elbow ? I havent been able to lift for the duration of the 6 weeks.

I had an op on this elbow in 2012 and I would like to avoid another.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Obviously it wouldnt be only deca - Deac and Test would be cycled

Its not a cure, but will assist while you on cycle. Once the cycle stop, the issue will return.

I’d avoid taking Deca just for the injury. 19-Nors can have a profound effect on your system, if you pick up issues like erectile function, dopamine suppression etc it can take a long time to recover. It’s not worth it just to feel better for the duration of the run, especially as it’s not going to heal it.
Train around it, leg day everyday :) good luck.

Hi, Mr.W.

I had bad Tennis Elbow last year and the only thing that sorted me was to go see a speciallist not even cortisone perscribed by a Doc sorted it the gave me tabs and injected in the elbow. The Specialist did ultrasound and x ray then had a gaurd wilt steel splints in made for me and I was not allowed to train for 6 months. But that was the only thing that worked he did give me anti inflamatory meds it was not Panamor or Voltaren and also not cortisone I can not remember the name for the life of me. But my advice would be to go see a specialist. Decca will just mask it.

It is on you. It always has been...

Hi Guys, not to hi-jack, but am I right in assuming it will be the same result for a shoulder impingement? Decal will only mask the issue?

Pretty much my experience is it just masks it. If anything when I was off my injury was worse. Just my experience though.

Yes, you don't feel much pain anymore thanks to the deca, so you train too hard and end up with more rotator cuff damage than before.

Hi Mr W. I also had bad tennis elbow. Deca helped a lot. I think I did about 3 NPP cycles back to back. But also train smart. Put elbow guards on and only do hammer curls when you train biceps. Train your grip by squeezing a tennis ball. Don’t go heavy with the weights. After a few months of this my tennis elbow went away completely. Good luck mate.
