Gained 31lbs of stage weight in 2 years. Really impressive, but damn, I was blown away by some of the dosages he took. And in the off season basically used no AI? On 3g's of test? eventually went up to 300mg of adrol in prep?

That sounds insane to me. If that is true it would seem a lot of pro bodybuilders are on way more gear than I expected.

I guess test is best though, he seemingly has amazing response to AAS with regards to side effects. His blood work looks amazing

And don't forget the 15iu's of gh plus the mast and the tren.I also watched it and was shocked, even if that is the general dose that pros use,was it really worth it for the level that he is at?Could he not have halved the gear and focused more on diet and training?I mean he literally scoffs anything down his throat and by the looks of things his diet consists of a lot of junk and fizzy drinks.
Not trying to bash him to hard,he is being honest and has come a long way but was there not a better way of achieving his goals?

I like how his channel is Kanevsky "Fitness". Fuckall to do with fitness. He looks really good, but 5 grams/week of Test and 20IU/day of HGH on his bulk excluding all the other shit and about 10 grams/week of gear precontest?!

In order to gain 14KG of lean mass stage weight he did a 2 year 50kg dirty bulk with ungodly amounts of gear. As long as you know what you're in for and the risks involved. He's only 23 so the optimal age if you decide to do this to your body.

He's an insanely dedicated guy for sure, but this a bad representation of the sport of bodybuilding and not a good role model for young guys getting into bodybuilding who think you need to do this crap.

You do this shit for a career you'll die before 50.
