Firstly MK677 isn’t a SARM it’s an HGH secretegogue. It’s effects are short lived. GH levels return to normal range after a few weeks of use.
Second, you can stack SARMS and Test. I have just started a cruise with Test Cyp, LGD and Andarine and some GW-50156 (also mistakenly called a SARM when it’s more of a nutrient partitioning agent of sorts) - too early to tell if this is effective. So far, after 3 days , I have no side effects to notes but then I have just finished a blast with Tren so anything will feel like nothing.
As for Test Undecanoate: Pro - infrequent shots ; Con - I personally don’t like the release profile of long esters, I prefer a more natural profile even on non TRT dosing. Best for me is EOD with a Test Prop (this is a hassle). Even with Test Cyp I split the dosing into 3 per week to maintain a more even blood level making estrogen control easier. You could do the same with Undecanoate - it would just take longer to reach stable blood levels as you daily dosing would be low but once achieved it would be the most stable (stable isn’t the natural profile which pulses up and down). If you google test blood level profiles for different esters you will see the differences. If you are mathematically orientated you ideally want I Sin wave blood level profile with a short frequency and low amplitude whereas Undecanoate will give you Conway Maxwell Poisson (gamma 3, v1.1) blood level distribution. In essence, if you lookup these curves and you take multiple overlapping shots of each the curve smooths out to a straight line (or as close as dammit) regardless of the ester. In fact the same can apply for Test suspension if you take 2 to 3 shots per day.

At the end of the day Test is test (how you administer it and with which ester is a function of how you feel and your tolerance for shot frequency). You can achieve the identical blood level with different esters if you understand the half life and plan accordingly.
