Fat Burner Advice - Female was created by esgaroth
Hi Guys
Prolly a long shot.
My wife would like to know which fat burner she can take. She has an underactive thyroid and taking meds for that.
If not fat burner which SARM will be safe.
Some history.
She is 24
68kg
Training for 3 years.
Good diet at 1300 calories.
Does weight and cardio training 6 days a week.

Difficult to comment without knowing BF levels - i assume more than she wants due to the question and her weight is highish unless she is tall and quite muscular. When you are saying she is on Thyroid meds: T3 or T4 or a combo? I am assuming if on T4 they have tested her T3 levels while on T4 to see that the conversion process is working. Assuming all of that she shouldn’t have a weight issue due to low thyroid hormone (unless it’s historic weight she cannot lose). The next question is what does ‘good diet mean’? macros, frequency of eating, type/ quality of food? 1,300 is on the low side which could be stalling her weight loss. If she is doing weights (light or heavy) and cardio 6 days a week she is probably over training, catabolic on 1,300 calories and therefore unable to build muscle and holding onto body fat.
To answer this properly one needs proper details. Gut tells me too much training (likely the wrong kind) and not enough food. Woman are often so terrified of putting on muscle they weight train with rediculously light weights that don’t achieve much in the way of sufficient stimulation - it’s effectively just mor cardio. Too much activity, not enough food (especially carbs) leads to thyroid down regulation to preserve the body’s reserves.
The long and the short, stay away from fat burners which will likely be ineffective if the underlying issue isn’t resolved.

Hi mate,
SImply answering which fat burners she can take. Since she has hypothyroidism and still cannot lose weight with a low calorie diet whiles training 6 days a week it is worth testing her thyroid again. T3 aka cytomel/tertroxin is a favorite amongst females for dieting, weight loss purposes.
There is a lot of avenues to explore and available fat loss/thermogenic agents that can be used.
Clenbuterol
ECA
Yohimbine
Caffeine... Just to name a few.
Instead of SARMS for a female, low dose anavar is a safer avenue. That is legit Anavar! Has she looked into the HCG protocol for weight loss? Maybe something to look into as it has produced great results for some.
Comes down to how sensitive she is and how it effects/effectiveness it is vs. side effects. Most importantly get that thyroid tested and see where she is at before playing around with anything.
