IF Fasting was created by MJonny
Hi guys.

Ive started IF again. Read up a bit but canf find anything on IF and SHBG.

I will be training fasted. My first meal will be post workout.

Can I still break my fast my doing my carbs post workout like usual?

I struggle with high shbg. I Dont want to go to low on my carbs as this raises Shbg aswell.

I want to boost test and gh. Thats why Im doing the IF.

Im doing 16:8. Carbs are sweet potato and oats. Fats from whole eggs and avo and coconut oil.
Curifous veg and I take my animal pak multi.

Age 35
Bf 14

Any thoughts?

IF doesn't lead to any meaningful testosterone/GH elevation over a 24h cycle. Only benefit of IF is appetite control and satiety, at the expense of maximum MPS.

If you're after an anabolic effect, IF isn't the way and there are many way more effective routes to consider, despite what all the YouTube cult would have you believe. It's a brilliant way to cut weight though, and there's no real secret to it, it's all about calorific deficit.

In order to be old and wise you must first be young and stupid.

Fuck sakes, I'm going to be a genius.

Xpornstar said it bro but you need to give more information with regards to why you are thinking about IF.
Its like saying you've heard that running with shoes are more comfortable then doing it barefoot.

If you keep doing what you've been doing
You gonna keep getting what you've been getting...
