Third Cycle Log

It's been a long time since I last touched any AAS.
My goal is to push further than I have ever gone before!
I've decided on the following;
PGW 500mg Test C/wk for 16 weeks
PGW 350mg Deca/wk for 14 weeks
HD Labs 250 mcg Mytheltrienolone x 2-4 weeks (depending on how it goes)
PCT starts 29 days after last pin.
HCG 500iu/wk from weeks 2-14 (this is my first time using HCG and I'd like to get it right, so any advice is welcome regarding dosage and duration). I didn't use HCG in my previous test only cycles and recovered fine.
Bloods @ week 7 of AAS cycle and 4/8 weeks post PCT
The on cycle bloods will be to track things, you never know whats actually happening in you until you actually see bloods.
As for the Mytheltrienolone, it's something I want to experiment with. It's very harsh, so I'll offsetting that by taking the minimum dosage, and supplementing with TUDCA and Essentiale Extreme just in case.
The logs I've read have people taking 1-5 grams of 'oral tren', those doses are insane and one log I read the dude actually got really sick because of it.
I'll be doing 250 mcg, maybe 500 mcg max depending on how I react to it. And if it's too toxic I'll simply stop it.
I have letro, adex, asin and caber all on hand, but my preferred AI is Asin. It's just good to have all bases covered in case.
PCT will consist of Clomid 50 x 14 days and Nolva 20 x 28 days
I'm really interested in seeing how I react to Deca/Test combo and I'm hoping I shoot past my previous strength records.
Any criticism or advice is welcome.

For the HCG I recommend once you have reconstituted it, you preload all your slin pins with the hcg and then freeze them - hcg starts to deteriorate once reconstituted and freezing it helps slow that down even further. When you need to pin, take it out the freeze and leave it on the table while you prep your oils, then if its still a little frozen hold it in your hand for a minute and it should be good to pin.
Where did you get the TUDCA from? I tried to source some a few years ago and couldn't find any locally.
I am really curious to hear about your experience on the "oral tren", please keep us posted with results, side effects and so forth.
What are your current stats BTW?

What will you test for when you do bloods?
Just curious.

As you saw by my thread, I have yet to run Deca, however since it can affect prolactin would perhaps be worth keeping a check on as well when having bloods done? I know you have cabaser on hand as well.

I tried to pin my quad once, was with a slin pin when pinning some hcg. It hurt, a looot.
Perhaps I was in the wrong area of the quad, I won't pin quads again in a hurry.
Glutes are still the best for me. I would like to try find more pin sites, quads won't be them though.
I started doing my pins as subq pins, even for the oils and I prefer it. 0.5" 26g needle in the glutes - I assume it is subq still.

Remember you should be pinning more in the middle to upper region of the quad and not the lower side.

I have pinned my quads where I had slight PIP for about an hour or two after and then there has been times where I had PIP for almost 4 days. Same with my shoulders.

Definitely check prolactin, I actually forgot to mention that.

For some reason my elbows and tendons around the forearm are a bit sore. Not sure what that's about, will monitor it and take it easy on those parts.
Otherwise, feeling great and happy to be training.

Did delts for the first time now, went very well, no bleeding, no difficulty pinning. But the injection site is burning, it's almost as if the skin itself is burning. Not sure what's up with that.
Did heat up the syringe with lukewarm water to see if it'd make the pin easier too.
If I move my shoulder it burns a bit more. Maybe I went SubQ, Will have to monitor.

Did you allow for the alcohol to evaporate behind pinning? If not, that is most likely where the pain came from - some alcohol got in with the needle and that stings for a bit.
I hope you kept the syringe in it's packaging when heating it up to ensure it remains sterile? If not, I do not recommend you do that again for fear of possible contaminations.
I do my pins SubQ and they do not burn. I assume it is the oils you were pinning - Test Cyp and Deca? Unless you used a very short needle or have a lot of fat by your shoulders, I somehow doubt you mistakenly did a SubQ pin in the shoulder.
That being said I have never pinned shoulders, so it could be specifically related to that.

Might have been the case, seeing as I was a bit nervous, I did swab down the area a lot, just swabbing as I mulled over doing quads instead. But I'm sure it was dry. Can't say for certain though.
Tbh I actually heated up the vials, I think I was just typing in a rush after the pin. I basically put warm tap water into a ceramic container and put the vials in there, the water going to about 70% of the vials height. Drew with a 23g and pinned with a 27g 0.5". Drew with the 23 because last time I drew with a 20g and when I pulled out some oil actually came through the hole, that was my first experience with that. Not sure if it's the new red toppers, the old ones seemed to not do that.
It feels a lot better now and the redness is down too.
You pinning Deca as well? 1.5ml subq? Or broken up into 2x pins? I might follow suite.

Actual weight is up as well, I'm up 3.5 kgs from 2 weeks ago, whilst still looking hard and not watery at all.
I am very lethargic though and my appetite is suppressed, making the weight gain even more surprising to me. But the lethargy is real.
Overall, not a bad experience though.

Good: Extreme fullness, everywhere. People are telling me that literally, "you are so much bigger than you were 2 weeks ago" and these are from non lifters so if they are noticing its obviously a big change. It's probably just glycogen and water retention but I look pumped and full e pretty much 24/7.
Strength feels a lot more, but I can't really test it for the following reason.
Good focus and aggression.
Weight gain. Gained 4kgs without looking like a bloated mess.
The bad: my connective tissue is completely fucked. My forearms, my pecs, even my calves the muscles cramp up even when just stretching and my forearms are so sore I have to do curls with a 8kg dumbbell for the connective tissue to not pain unbearably. I even took 3 days off and it sometimes felt even worse. I will be the first to admit that this doesn't prove it was the otren causing it, but considering I've never had an issue with connective tissue before especially not in these areas. It's certainly strange and very uncomfortable. I tried supplementing glucosamine, chondroitin, magnesium etc etc to no avail.
I find it odd considering I'm on deca which is well known for being good for connective tissue.
I think I will stop and monitor my symptoms as I go on to see if it improves.
Other possible reasons for the pain, crashing estrogen etc from too much ai, but I am taking the same amount of ai I did on 500mg test only and never had any issues then. But anyways only time will tell. But as it stands right now I can't train to my best of my ability.
Lethargy was there, but found it to be more manageable as I was into the cycle.
I did not feel any severe liver toxin side effects at all.
Overall an interesting experience.
