The first cycle (in way too long!)

Hello everyone,

Good to be here. I've tried to research as much as I can, and would like some advice on any tweaks that would make it better.... I've done 3 cycles in the past (10 years ago) - life got in the way of carrying on - but here we are (hooray!). I am not going to go crazy to start, and test E and my nipples were never a marriage made in heaven....BUT, I think I will box more clever this time...

Me : 88kg's
Age : 48
BF :+/-15%
179cm

I would like to do a 10 week cycle which include

Test E (500mg per week Mon/Thurs) - 10 weeks
Anavar 60mg ED - 3 weeks
Proviron 20gr ED
Aromasin 20mg M/W/F (UNTIL PCT Then as per PCT 3)
Anavar 60mg ED - 2.5 weeks (finishing 2 days before starting PCT)

PCT is the suggested Protocol 3 which includes Clomid (I HATE Clomid), HCG, Aromasin and Nolva.....(starts 30 days after last Test E pin)

Please find below my questions:

1. I know there may be a double effect of the aromasin and Proviron blocking estrogen - but I'm prone to puffy itchy titties so want to avoid it)

2. I like the idea of the proviron freeing up as much test E as it can - is 20mg a day good enough to achieve this?

3. If the above isn't too bad, and the aromasin isn't a train wreck, can I ditch the Clomid (I DID say I hate it )??

Thoughts, suggestions, a good flaming all welcome

On your cycle how long are you running var for? 60mg ed is a lot. Start off at 20/40/60 ed i say this because of muscle pumps most guys i know go upto 40mg and they say thats plenty. Just my 2cents.
Proviron run it from wk1
Anavar run it from wk2-10
On pct. I would say pct1&2 is plenty for a cycle mentioned above.

On your questions.
1. Go for arimidex at a low dose 0.25mg eod
2. Proviron 20-40mg.
3. Pct1-2.

I run Aromasin and Proviron together with no issues. I definitely prefer it to Arimidex, no rebound and less harsh on your lipids; important at your age (similar to me). I run 60mg of Var with no pump issues but pair it with Phospholipids to maintain liver health - the key as always is running bloods frequently to see all is in check. I personally aromatize a lot, on similar test supplementation I have to run 40mg of Aromasin Ed to keep it in range (per bloods before I get flamed for using so much - Arimidex doesn’t work for me at all at any dose strangely enough and that’s at 7% BF tested last week - I guess we all different).

I would like to front load the test with the anavar - I am going to run this for 4 weeks with the proviron before starting the Test E - it'll help me reduce some weight. I'm prone to gyro so want to head that biatch off before it gets a hold - so I'll start the Aromasin when I kick off with the test, but run it m/w/f...I'll increase the anavar bridge and run this, too, for 3weeks5 days and then start the PCT...

So.....

60mg Anavar ED (4 weeks)
Proviron 20mg ED (start to finish)
500mg Test E (10 Weeks)
Aromasin (M/W/F) - start when starting test
60mg Anavar (3weeks 5days)
PCT

The anavar at the end as a bridge and also help reduce any additional unwanted weight from the test.

Any further thoughts?

cycle looks goodd pal. If diet is in check then you will yield some decent results and a crap load of strength. Anavar is my personal favorite in exactly the same way you're using it. This is the cycle i recommend 99% of the time

The question regarding starting aromasin ahead of the test, I don’t see the point. I would however do bloods before staring to see baseline hormone levels. If your E2 is Hugh and out of range to start then by all means take the Aromasin. For me the key with any cycle is doing bloods as frequently as you can manage to see what’s going on - will also tell you if your test is bunk or real. One interesting thing I discovered last year running Tren is that the Estrodial test at Lancet (not sure of other labs) gives you a garbage result (I read an explanation somewhere on the net). My e2 showed levels 30x normal which of course wasn’t the case.
