GH vs Mk677 was created by Gmw89
Morning all , hope everyone is doing well.Just a quick few questions to those that have tried and have experience with both GH and Mk677.Are the two really that comparable?Does Mk677 really give the same results as a low dose of GH and will you be able to achieve your body goals with it?
I have run it for 8 weeks and didn't get much from it besides a bit of bloat,I used Nova labs mk677 so quality could have been the reason for lack of results.Ive never run GH and would like to eventually to change things up a bit so thats why I'm looking into Mk677 to see if it will be a viable substitute or not.

Hi there.

I could not advise you as I have no experience with GH only with MK677.

It is on you. It always has been...

It's a pretty complex process. Mk677 is a GH secretagogue, which stimulates the pituitary gland to release (secrete) GH. Exogenous GH obviously bypass this process, which has two benefits:

1. some people have pituitary tumours (mostly benign) or damage from head trauma, which renders mk677 ineffective;
2. there's a shallow saturation point limiting the amount of GH the pituitary gland can release - this is generally understood to be around 1-2iu of pharma GH. Otherwise you could simply consume larger doses of Mk677 to match GH, if you could find a legit and more affordable source. It's also why I laugh when people argue that generic GH is just "cheap" peptides like mk677.

Further down the line, whatever amount of GH you've managed to get into your system induces the release of IGF-1 from the liver. That's the aim of using GH - elevating IGF-1 levels. But once again, if you've murdered your liver with orals or booze, you will see zero results from even pharma GH.

When you then add anecdotal evidence into the mix, like toes not going numb or wrinkles not magically disappearing, I kind of understand why many sources don't even bother to carry GH-related products.

It is a longterm effort. 8 weeks is not enough to see results on either GH or Mk677. But most importantly, 1-2iu of even pharma GH will not transform your body significantly beyond maybe a small increase in hair growth and sleep quality. Unless you are >40, it's probably pointless to try either.

What results did you expect?

Sorry for the bit of a thread hi-jack. What sort of dose would one be looking at for the following:

1. Assist recovery from injury or surgery?
2. For body transformation / body building?

Also minimum amount of time on to start reaping the benefits? Around 6 months or so?

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

Really? After everything I typed? :p

Get a legit source for GH, baseline your IGF-1 serum level, run it for 2 months, then get it measured again. It's an expensive test, but cheaper than wasting your money on bunk stuff or if you're a poor responder like me.

Using GH when you're sub-30 is questionable unless you've got the potential to become a pro - your natty levels are plenty good, and pinning interferes with those pulses. GH is not a magic bullet, which is why almost everyone ends up disappointed unless they run it wrong times.

If I had to generalise about someone who weighs 100kg and responded well to GH, I'd say anything around 2-4iu pd might assist with recovery. 4-6iu will be good for fat loss and anti-aging, and 6-12iu would result in accelerated muscle gain (coupled with slin and gear).

Prolonged GH use can impact your blood sugar too. I've even gone slightly hypo on Mk677, but now offset that with breaks on metformin.

I like making you type, work them fingers :P haha

Damn, for accelerated muscle growth it really becomes expensive. If you're using 7iu a day, that is a single box of 100iu lasts 2 weeks.
I assume if you're not using slin, it's even less worth using GH for accelerated muscle gains?

I thought for anti-aging purposes one could get away with a lower dose, such as 2.5iu / 3iu a day?
I guess it also depends how well your body responds to it.

Sorry about the delayed reply here, works been crazy.Would it not be then beneficial to take larger amounts of just igf and bypass the expense of buying GH and wondering if it's real or not?If the igf release is all that you wanting for growth then it makes sense to spend less and take the igf.Or is it not the same?

Next run would be a 4month run, would that be more suitable at let say 20-30mg per day. With the previous cycle I had just come out of surgery so was hoping for a boost with the healing process but as I said not much was noted.
