Split or all at once

Greetings.

I'm not sure if this was asked before, but what I want to know is lets say I'm planning to take T/bol 40mg daily, would y'all suggest I take the 40 all at once(morning) or split it 20 in the morning, 20 in the evening?

Doesn't necessary have to be T/bol. Just in general, I put their half life in consideration.

My rule is take orals once every half life.
