Maybe the vets can confirm, but will probably advise you to run some hcg and another pct.
Good luck buddy

Personally i haven't been in this situation so would prefer not to suggest anything. However one of the guys will mostly likely give you the correct protocol shortly.

Look at running PCT 1 again.
Before that, how much hCG did you use during the cycle. Jow much, how often and when did you stop it.

Mr Z wrote: Hey guys so this will be my last message. I've been feeling real bad these past 3 months and usually I'm always positive and outgoing but lately after my cycle I'm always just having negative thoughts, nothing feels good anymore and my life has taken a huge dip, especially my marriage so I'm thinking of doing self administered trt til I get the help of an endo who can prescribe it to me legally. Any thoughts before I go ahead with this decision? Dosage will be 100mg test cyp a week , 250iu hcg everyday of injection and 0.5mg of arimidex twice a week. Thanks guys
Personally i wouldn't just put myself on trt especially not at 100mg only as that is probably too little.
Don't rush this and take advice from the vets. They know what they're doing and have helped many on this forum with similar issues. In your situation patience is probably not easy to have right now, but trust me patience will help until you get the right info.
As pyro said, Pump knows his shit and will tell you when it's necessary to go see a doc/endo.
Hang in there man and good luck

Mr Z wrote: Yeah man its definitely not a nice thing to go through every single day but I hope I will get better in time then. I've been advised to do pct 1 again and do bloodwork thereafter. Been advised from doc to go on antidepressants but I know that's not gping to fix the root cause of this problem and will probably end up feeling worst anyways. Anyways Ramadan Mubarak to you hoosain and thanks for the advice.
Yeah especially pump would warn you that antidepressants are not just something to take unless it's absolutely needed.
I have seen the advice of PCT 1 given many times before with good results. Basically the PCT is to give your body the kickstart to start producing test once again. As pump said you screwed up the PCT and will just have to go another round of it to get proper recovery.
Use this section and you might even be able to get a response quicker than on the forum.

If you have cocked up properly you can use the added supplements I said, use PCT 3 and then extend the Nolva for another month.
The end of the day the PCT WIIL WORK, you do not need TRT or antidepressants, you need a proper PCT in which you will feel crap for a bit of it but once complete you will be back to normal.
