TRT Specialist Recommendations

Hey guys,

Do any of you know of a reputable TRT Specialist in the Jo'burg region?

I would appreciate any recommendations.

I know it does not sound that old, but the way I have been feeling the last 2 months or so, suggested to me that I need to see one.

Long story short...

I suspected that I may have low testosterone levels, due to a lack of energy during the later stages of the day and an almost non existent libido.


I went to a GP and did some blood tests.


My total testosterone was 0.7 nmol/L - which I know is VERY low

and my E2 was 108 pmol/L.


The doctor wanted to put me on Test Cypionate @ 100mg per week for 3 weeks and then increasing it to 200mg for weeks 4-6 and then back to 100mg for weeks 7-9.

Now, I am almost certain that would increase my test levels and also my libido.


But, my concern is, I got married last year December and would like to stay fertile as we want to have children hopefully in the next year or so.

I was hoping someone could assist me, as to keep my fertility (if I am) and then also help with the low test level? 

You might just need some antidepressants.

50 week TRT cycle?
My first priority is to be fertile as explained previously and then to get my libido back, and to build some muscle along the way would obviously be a bonus

I am currently in my last week of using Nolvadex @ 20mg ED as per PCT2.

So not sure how to go from here?

If you have not started TRT yet.

I wpuld suggest doing an extended version of PCT 3 and wait 8 weeks after taking the last Nolvadex and Aromasin pill and re do your bloods.

Run the clomid at 50mg once per day for two weeks. Run the HCG as normal per PCT 3 extend the Nolvadex and Aromasin to 60 days.
