Please bare with my complete clueless questions but I’ve seen some replies on here basically saved some people’s lives.
Planning on using
HD Labs Depoject 200(Test Cypionate) for 10 weeks.
PCT includes:
Clomid
Nolvadex
HCG
Injecting:
I’ve read to devide glute in 4 pieces and upper right is where to inject. How possible is it to miss the correct spot in that area and the likelihood of hitting a vain.
Age 22
I’ve done blood test before I start my cycle and the results are:
Total testosterone 21.0 nmol/l
SHBG - 59.9 nmol/l (Too high if I’m not mistaken - Best way to lower it maybe?)
Free testosterone calculated - 305 pmol/l
Any idea if these test levels are too low for my age?
Been training for 4 years.
Also any advice on how to identify legit HD Lab products?

Please get technical with providing us with your stats
Give your height your weight your body fat percentage number of years training and what type of training do you do and how many days a week do you train also what are your goals and most important how is your nutrition as that is the most important part of our way of life it is the foundation of the house you want to build.
Right off the bat I can tell you that your Total Testosterone looks fine. Your Free Test is way low for your age but then your high SHBG explains that. Would have liked to see what you Estrogen levels are and also your cholesterol.
It is on you. It always has been...

Height 6ft2

Haven't tested BF in a while but it's around 12%.
I train Monday to Thursday every week.

Wednesday 20min cardio + Legs and Shoulders
Thursday Full body workout
Fri-Sun Rest
I regret not ticking the estrogen option when I did my blood test as I was also curious to know after seeing my high SHBG level.
Will go for another blood test soon then I guess..
Cholesterol Total 4.2 mmol/l
Triglycerides 1.0 mmol/l
HDL Cholesterol 1.5 mmol/l
LDL Cholesterol 2.5 mmol/l

You are still a bit light for your height wich shows you are still not at your natural limit. I would sort everything out and reach my natural limit before doing a cycle. You have youth on your side my friend. Now just learn to master the patience.
Take me for example I am very short 1.68m I now come in at 105kg and 17% Body fat. I started training at 16 weighing 55 kg got up to 76kg by end grade 12 then kicked things into high gear and managed to go up to 90kg by age 19 I could never get over 95kg natural so then I took the decision to go on anabolics. I was only 20 when I did my first cycle I would have waited until 26 if I could do it over again.
There is already something up with your hormones I would suggest getting that sorted.
In the meantime if you are 12% like you say then you obvioulsy have your meal plan/diet nailed if you dont care to provide a sample break down of your daily meals with the protein carbs and fats and calories of each meal and the daily total?

Multivitamins
Breakfast is Oats mixed with peanut butter and coconut oil.
Whey Protein Shake
Lunch is half a chicken and rice
Whey Protein Shake
Dinner is Muesli and Double cream yogurt + Green vegetables.
I used to be 74kg for long until I started eating as above for 2 years now and my highest constant weight is 82kg. But this morning I weighed 79kg.
I've read before the right age to start at is 26 but all my buddies my age are juicing and in definitely is beneficial when it comes to energy.
I'm a very active energetic guy but I get abnormally tired at night. No matter how intense my workout is I'll be yawning in gym. Pre-workouts completely drains my energy I've tried different brands.. so I don't even go that route.
I've been stuck at this weight for over 2 years now so if I'm not at my natural limit I feel I'm pretty close.
Lab results said everything normal and somebody wrote muscular young man on the results paper.Rooi Bul 86 wrote: There is already something up with your hormones I would suggest getting that sorted.
I also feel something is up.. shouldn't test cycle improve it or it will probably make it worse huh..
Just to be clear again I mainly want to go on a 10 week Cyp cycle to reap the benefits of feeling good, more energy and since test does give strength gains little extra size will come along with it.
& How possible is it to miss the correct spot in the upper right glute and the likelihood of hitting a vain?
My supplier was gonna have it ready for me on Monday and I was gonna start my cycle then but if you still suggest I wait then what do u suggest I do or use to at least reduce SHBG so I have more free testosterone available?

I say the reason you feel tired and lack energy and intensity at nght during training is a sure sign that there is work to be done in your diet my friend. Your body needs propper nutrition. And that will sort your energy levels out. Jumping on a cycle just to feel good and have energy is not going to solve your problem it is just going to mask it while on cycle and once off you might be off worse than before.
Do ypu know what your daily calorie requirements are? Do you hit them? The reason I ask this is I believe you can be sotred out in energy levels and size and strength if you fix your nutriotion? Work out your maintenance calories or Total daily energy expendature and your Basal Metabolic Rate or BMR. If you do not know how go read the diet stickies in the diet and and contest preparation section this is invalueable in learning to workout your own nutrition requirements. If you still need help go to www.freedieting.com to work it out I like to also use www.ketocalculator.com and no you dont need to dk a keto diet to use that site you can use it to set up any eating plan. For the SHBG try to get a stand alone Stinging Nettle Root Extract product or atleast a product like Supplement SA Tetosblast Extreme not the normal Testoblast or go for Nutritech Testo Growth there is a new Evox product that also works well I just forgot the name I will check back with you and leave the name.
In the mean time let me know if you know your calorie requirements and how to work it out with the help of the websites or if you have no clue.

Started this thread to find out proper steps for if I do decide to start a cycle, I want to do it right the first time. But seems like you're right and I'm not gonna force it in that case.
Didn't want to go too much in detail as this might sound a bit embarrassing but part of what I meant with energy is pheromones and that extra confidence if you know what I mean.

Remember our bodies can only use the Free Testosterone not the Total Testosterone. Once your Nutriotion and Natural hormones are sorted you are going to look and feel like a right young adonis stud.
Your age is your benefit bud you should have no problwms sorting your described symptoms out. Doing Testosterone to resolve hormonal issues should be the last resort. After you have spoken to a Doctor and a specialsist Endocrinologist and all other factors and resources have been echausted would I jump on Testosterone.

Been using Evox brands for the past 6 years and never heard of this product. I googled what's needed to lower SHBG levels than Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin D popped up then I read what the Evox Product contains and it's exactly everything I'll need. Haha you're the man thanks RB!
Also just thought about it that it could be possible that my SHBG levels are that high as I did the blood test a week after my breakup. And stress apparently causes SHBG levels to increase...
The last two years people have been coming up to me asking if I'm using any steroids and I've always been proud saying Nope:) Guess my pride will stay another 4 years.
Thanks for all your advice and possibly saving me from disaster!

Glad I could help. Check back and stay in touch. We can still work on you nutrition if you want? Don't be shy to tell me if you don't know your calorie and Macro Nutrient requirements, I also did not know 3years ago and this site helped and guided me. All the time before that I just ate by instinct and my instinct was spot on for adding mass and size to my frame but hopeless when it came to getting lean.
I would gladly help you?

Just to add my 2c, if you’ve only been able to put on +-4kg in 2 years and are current 79kg at over 6ft it’s safe to say you hve some work to do with your diet and learning how to eat to grow before you turn to gear.
Try work out your daily macros/cals from the diet you posted above, you’re far from eating what you need to be to grow.
Remember, you can pick up as many of those “expirt brik layas” from outside Builder’s Warehouse, but without a big enough pile of bricks for them to lay you aren’t going to build much more than a small shed in the corner of your garden
