Ok so the “where” is a bit doff (pharmacy, duh), but what do I ask for and do I need a script?

3 strikes of tren cough is about as many times as I want to experience this horrible event, so I’d like to have an asthma pump on hand in case the tren cough strikes again :(
Tonight’s bout wasn’t too bad, but as I withdrew the needle after pinning I felt that sudden too-thick-gauva-juice feeling in my throat and chest and waited for the icy grip of T. Bolon to start squeezing my lungs, but luckily it passed after a few minutes of chilling on the couch contemplating life

Ask for Asthavent at your pharmacy, it's S2 so over the counter but no prescription needed.

That was easy, R40 and I’m sorted. I’ve never needed or used an asthma pump so had zero idea how to get one. Thanks again Admin.

Incidentally a doc advised me to shoot it in the rear dealt as the blood flow in that area is away from the lungs. Use an insulin pin, back loaded. For me this made all the difference. Anywhere else is 50/50whether I get the cough - side delts, glutes and quads.

Same, glutes and delts are always a gamble. Some pins I feel that throat tingle midway through the pin or just as I withdraw, other times it’s flawless
