I have read on a few forums that some people use a low dose Ostarine at 12.5mg per day for 4 weeks while doing their PCT to help maintain some gains and to help keep bodyfat off? Wouldnt this counter the PCT? To my knowlege it is supressive aswell. And it would hinder full recovery? And if this is possible I would def get some LP Ostarine. Only trusting them from now on. The same goes for 1 proviron at 25mg per day that some add to keep BF off. But Its also supressive to what i have read.
I did do some research on Arimistane, this could be a good add while using Serms to keep estro at bay and help increase IGF as Nolvadex decrease it to some extend. I am also addig Milk T for the liver, as it helps metabolizing Estro. Barberian Hammer Test would be a good idea to what I have read (I found a old label on the net, Yay) as it contains Arimistane. Its a good product, I have used it before. What is your thoughts?
Regards

Both of those (proviron and osta) will be counterproductive, rather just stick with a good clean diet , sufficient calories and of course a decent pct (depending on what you have used) and you should be good to go.If you really want something to help keep the fat off and you have a bit of cash to spend then you can use mk77 or cardarine or even both together if you really want. Both of those are not suppressive so no need to worry about jeopardizing your recovery.MJonny wrote: Morning guys.

Serms are to control estro so taking the arimistane might be a bit of an overkill but let one of the senior guys just confirm that.Just a tip here that I find has helped me is that by using turmeric a bit though pct and after pct has ceased has helped because it has anti e properties as well as helping with insulin sensitivity.
As for hammer test as far as I know it have arachidonic acid and not arimistane. If you want a decent test booster for pct then you can try Rhino by ssa it gets the job done but then again there are a ton of other boosters out there, just have to find what works for you.

Just of it was that anything under 4 weeks of a low dose of ostarine alone (LOW DOSE) is not suppressive at all.
A mate of mine is on it right now with his hcg clomid and nolva
