Blood Results,Please Help

Hi Guys.

i went for blood work today.

last cycle was in October last year with proper PCT after


I am 40 years old,1.99m tall and 93kg.

My SGHB seems to be high,could this be due to my free test that is so low?

What is your toughts on my Test levels?
Would i qualify for TRT?

Yes you would qualify for trt in my opinion if thats your test levels after doing a pct and being off cycle for over a year.

Your e2 levels are in a good space, not to low, not too high.

Personally i would start on the lowest dose of test possible for trt so 100mg of cyprionate would probably be a good start, then go for follow up bloods after 6 weeks to see if your test levels have come up and e2 has raised too. If your test levels are still not above middle of the range up to 125-150mg, and if e2 goes up 0.5mg adex or 12.5mg of aromasin 2x a week should be perfect to raise those levels.

If you want to try the natural route before going on to trt, get some mucana and get on to 1000mg 2x daily and then some longfolio jack. Both have been known to boost natural test levels substantially.

Your free test is very low please respond back to us on what the doctor do because my experience was very bad. I was given a testosterone injection only once every three weeks at 200 mg. This just messed up my hormones even more and I decided to rather do it on my own. Currently on 250 mg a week that is a little bit high because my free test levels ended up at 1400 but will drop down to 180 to 200 mg a week to end up on just below 1000.

Very few doctors are familiar with the latest research, even endocrinologists. I was just above the baseline and struggled to get prescription TRT and then only at 100mg/week. After 6 months I was only just in the midline. I'm now on 200mg test C/week, I inject 100mg, twice a week and this works brilliantly for me. I'm currently high normal range. But as with everything, start at the 100mg/week mark, run it for 3-6 months, see how you feel overall and get bloods done again to check your levels. Good luck.

Your free test is very low please respond back to us on what the doctor do because my experience was very bad. I was given a testosterone injection only once every three weeks at 200 mg. This just messed up my hormones even more and I decided to rather do it on my own. Currently on 250 mg a week that is a little bit high because my free test levels ended up at 1400 but will drop down to 180 to 200 mg a week to end up on just below 1000.

Hi Triton

Just got back from my Doc.

He gave me a prescription for 200mg of Test Cyp per week.

He wants to see me in 6 weeks time to see where my levels is at.

He said that he will adjust my dosage so that i level out on a +-1000 reading.

With my next blood work he also wants a estrogen test done to see where my estrogen is at.

I kept my mouth shut and let him do all the talking to see if he knew what he was talking about.He didnt even argue with me.He words was"You are low,and we will fix it straight away"
He also said that i will start feeling beter in about 5 weeks time.

My doc said that i must phone him the minute my nipels starts to feel itchy or if i get joint pain.

For me it was the best decision I ever made I am way happier my sex life increased to levels back when I was 20 so I hope you have a very accommodating wife or the risk of an affair is very real. My body is in the best condition ever. You must also get into the habit of donating blood as your red bloods cells will increase.

My estrogen was ok.

I felt great and still do.Weight went up with 7kg.
I am on 150MG of Sustanon per week divided into 2 shots per week.
Best is,i take these shots subq with a insulin needle.
Doc says that by doing the shots subq you minimise the risk of high estrogen becuase the body takes longer to take up the test than it does if you do IM injections.

So my sweet spot is 150mg of Sustanon per week.

I get away with less sleep,i dont feel so drained in the evenings,
also i can eat more without gaining fat, is still do eat healthy but i do get away with a few more cheat meals now and then.

And donate blood every second month to get the red blood cells down again.

Wait, so subq and its no issues? That's amazing. I am a huge fan of slin pins, but even then tried to do IM injections, but you need to be low bf.

However, much like when you don't pin deep enough and the oil sits in your skin it is still absorbed by the body.

Can anyone with more knowledge weigh in on this?

Subq vs IM test injections

Howzit DruOmedra,

I've been doing subQ TRT for some time now and am a huge fan of the technique.

I don't use slin pins though, I find the needle blunts too much when loading the test through the rubber stopper, and when it comes time to inject it's a pain. I rather use a 27G 0.5" pin with a 1ml syringe - that way I can draw the oil with a 18G, change pins and have a super sharp pin that slides in like a hot knife through butter painlessly.

I've been dosing 250mg/week of T Cypionate split into 2 pins on Wednesday and Sunday, both at 0.5ml - I wouldn't go over 0.5ml in subQ, that's right at the upper limit already. This protocol seems to work for me because there are no "lows" or crashes.

I have found the compliance to injections is much better, I have zero hesitance in doing a subQ in the belly fat or love handles because I know it doesn't hurt at all, whereas I skipped the occasional IM previously because I just didn't feel like pushing a 23G into a glute or quad and had a few occasions where I missed leg day because of a bad injection.

It's not all fluffy unicorns and roses though, subQ sometimes goes wrong, and every couple of weeks I either pin a vein and bruise, or do something and get a small lump - it's 0.5ml so it's a tiny lump - but can be worrying at first..... Still, way way way better than a quad IM shot IMHO.

I did bloodwork this week (as everyone should) and I can certainly see that my E2 is under better control with subQ than IM.

My bloods are in a nice sweet spot at the moment (and don't change much since subQ)

Total T = 39.48 (8.33-30.19) that equates to around 1150 ng/dl
E2 = 36.7 (40-161)

What are you taking to keep your E2 around that number?

Arimidex @0.25mg on every injection day.

Nolvadex on hand in the unlikely event I start growing boobies.....

I agree with Dr Rand from YouTube fame that E2 should be between 20 and 30.
