Anavar and bloating

Hi,

I'm very new to this forum, I have a question if anyone can help, if possible any ladies that can give me advice.
I have just started a cycle of anavar for the first time ever for a bikini comp and I started on a super low dose of 5mg per day split up in AM and PM. Today was my 7th day on it and on Friday night I started bloating a bit where my ankles and legs got so swollen. Yesterday I only took 2.5 mg for the day and I am still holding water. I have literally picked up 5kgs in 2 days. My diet has been the same. I've noticed that my muscles are a bit harder already but this much water retention is freaking me out.
I'm also taking hgh 2 iu's a day.
My question is do I stop the anavar completely as I'm obviously having a bad side effect to it?
If so.how long until all the water retention leaves my body?
Or if i cut the dosage to only 2.5mg a day will my body get use to it and release the water?

Also If anyone has had this effect what did you do to get rid of it.

The bloating I would say would come more from the hGH, how long have you been on the hGH before starting the Anavar? You taking any diuretics? You using potassium ?

Hi 00pump, I've only been taking it for 2 weeks, I've taken GH before and I haven't had water retention as bad as this.
No not taking any diuretics or potassium. If I stop the GH I'm scared that when I start again it will do the same thing . Does the water retention eventually go away?
Not sure what to do exactly as I have a show in 8 weeks and I can't do my assessments properly for my body fat% if I look like a water balloon.

The GH bloat will go pretty quick, but I'm not your coach so I don't want to advise further. I believe the GH is causing it so you should speak to your coach about maybe dropping it and just going forward with the Anavar.

Thank you, do you perhaps know if I lower the dose of GH and still take anavar would the water retention stabilize?

Leave the anavar out of the conversation completely as it doesn't cause water retention... Would lowering the GH dose help the water, yes possibly, but if you have edema now you would probably need to either go on a loop diuretic with potassium and that may help your current issue or stop it completely.

No. I decided to take it on my own.

I'm not a coach for this type of thing, but I would say run it as close as 10 days out. This will help you becoming more strict with calories, it will have an appetite suppressant effect and help you maintain muscle mass / prevent you from feeling to run down and help with recovery while you focus hard on your diet and training for the show.

You would run the anavar all the way to show day, anavar doesnt cause water retention, also do not use aldactone as a diuretic as it is an androgen blocker. Your water retention is from the growth hormone. growth cause edema, unless you potentially have an electrolyte imbalance which can also cause massive water retention and bloating.

Try dropping the growth and see if the water retention drops. It usually takes 7-10 days for the water to come off.

Big fan of injectable Carnatine. I would use renezide. Half night before the show. All depending. You might not need it as you may come in too hard or dry. All dependent of your conditioning.

I’ve used it before but not for long enough to see good results. I was injecting in my thigh, but was getting some bad bruising.
