I have been training for a year and 2 months ,I train 5 days in a week . I weigh 68 kgs and looking to reach 75 by January.
My dieting is good ,not the best but it is good. I hit my protein intake everyday day. I was on Ostarine for 4 weeks, I lost a lot of water and gained more strength in the gym. I had better pumps in the gym and more endurance when on this. Just looking for some advice on what to do or take to get looking better.

I ran Ostarine for four weeks 15 mg for the first two weeks and 30 mg for the last two weeks.
Never gain much weight, noticeable results are the strength increase and water loss and fat loss. Muscle Gaines was mainly in the chest and lats

He needs to work out his calorie requirement then split it up into the right macros.
Yes he can gain solid from RAD 140 and LGD 4033 but he is not going to keep shit once he comes off if he is not eating in a surplus.
Not going at you Mad Cow.
But let's get the dieting bit down first with him because everything else we throw in the air is going to be more temping than just eating for it.
Tash 80% of what you want is down to eating my friend

I don't have all your information like how physical is your job and how many times a week do you train. Depending on how active you are at work and how manybtimea a week you train you have two Calorie Requirements just to maintain what you have you have to eat 2200-2600 calories a day. So to build you would need a minimum of at least 500 more than 2600 putting you at 3100 Calories per day minimum to build muscle.
Your resting metabolic rate is about 1600 calories that is if you lie in bed and do nothing. So no wonder you not gainingbor keeping what you are gaining.
It is easy to make excuses like I am to busy... Carry pre made meals with you to school or college or university. Or blend or juice your meals and carry them. I carry a large cooler to work everyday and it contains various meals to my requirements.
Even eat large breakfasts. Large lunches and large dinners if you struggle to hit your calories bud.
It is on you. It always has been...
