Recommended off Periods

Hey Guys
Apologies if this was asked before. I am new.
I've been in this world for 3years with 2years serious. Iv been prior on 1xdbol cycle. 1xAnavar cycle only. I am about to complete my first Test Cyp+Anavar cycle @500mg/week Test C 40mg/day Ana for 10weeks.and PCT will be 4week cycle Nolva with 2week after last pin. This should be sufficient as I had no real sides of gyno or heavy side effects...just some acne breakouts/high sexual drive. Other than that its amazing and recommend this for first timers like myself. Although my aim is super ripped. My question is, how long should an individual wait before the next cycle after calculating a cycle too be 16weeks total?
I am however thinking of two cycles per annum.
Any advice?y next cycle I im looking at Test C+Tren E 10weeks@500mgTestC+400mgTrenE as I want to stop orals completely.

Time on = time off + 2weeks depending on cycle length

Nope, he said "Time On + 2 weeks", so if your cycle was 10 weeks you can start 12 weeks after your PCT ends.

Nolvadex only PCT after your cycle won't be sufficient if you did not run HCG on cycle bud. Go look at our PCT 2 Article

Many said A beginner low dose 300-500mg, Nolva only would be sufficient but not ideal. I will run hCG with my next cycle and Nolva and Clo but don't like the sides clo is associated with.You recommend I run clo after my current first cycle?@Rooi Bul 86

You can get away with it, but the idea of using Clomid and HCG is to absolutely minimise HPTA recovery time and keep estrogen problems minimal. Using HCG in your cycle up to PCT enables that your gonads start working and producing test, instead of atrophy.
