Cycle one

Hi

Any advice of how to run Ciccone Pharma Nolvadex together with LP Ostarine, to prevent gyno related side effects.
Hence planning on doing a 4 week cycle ,15 mg of Ostarine first 2 weeks and 30 mg for the last 2 weeks.

Personally, I wouldn't even bother after just 4 weeks...

Optron I think he means he wants to run the Nolvadex with the Ostarine to prevent Gyno.

Tash you state this is your first cycle so obviously you are also running Ostarine for the first time? You do not know that is going to give you gyno or sensitivity in the breast tissue even. So I would recommend run your Ostarine at your intended dosages but keep your Nolvadex on hand and if you start noticing lump forming or sensitivity then start taking your Nolvadex 20mg every day.

Whats his cycle?

First 2 weeks 15mg Ostarine per day
Last two weeks 30mg Ostarine per day.

That is the cycle he proposed Oupa.

I honestly didn't think one would call that a cycle and use gyno medication to prevent Gyno. I wouldn't use the Nolva in for that, 4 weeks Sarm cycle.... no dude, come on.

That's what myself and Optron also think.

But let's face it we are going to get more and more people looking at running these mini SARM runs. I wouldn't go less than 8eeeks on SARM only. The exception being a bridge between AAS cycle and PCT.
