Anavar for the girlfriend

Hey all. I have gained plenty of knowledge from you all on the ins and outs of anavar.
For those of you who followed my other thread regarding anavar you'll know that my girlfriend is joining me on cycling

Okay here goes.
She is 20 years old
Height is 5.5
Weight is 60kgs

Not sure on her BF% but she is quite lean and looking for a nice edge. Her diet is clean and to be honest she trains more than me due to our jobs being different (no excuse I know)

I am only looking for answers to the following questions and I would really like it if the answers could stay on topic as I'm sure my previous thread was beginning to slightly annoy the moderators:

1. Is 5mg daily enough for her or would 10mg daily be better suited due to the half life of anavar?
2. Will she need any PCT?
3. Is there anything else that could make her have a smooth cycle.

She will take milk thistle a week before and throughout her cycle as well as essentiale throughout.
I don't mean to Be pedantic but as I said I really don't want to annoy admin and moderators so please if you are going to answer any of the above questions please try not to go off course.

Liver support and multivits

Multivits a waste of money. Spend the bucks on Legalon (Silymarin) for liver support.

Have a look at the Sample Cycles. Oupa designed a nice Female cycle with Anavar and Female-Stack. My wife and a few others used it with great results.

No need for PCT, rather get liver support.

Thanks Optron, she's only comfortable running anavar as a start to see how she reacts but she said she will consider that sample cycle later in the year. I will pass on the feedback to her. She's going to be stoked!

Anavar only will be fine. Again, just don't expect miracles and wait for things to happen. A spot-on diet and hard work will be key to having great results.

5mg is perfect for her use, no pct needed either.

We find the following to be a good stack,

1 female stack and 5mg var

Or 10mg var and clen works well leading to her shows for bikini

My wife ran var at 5mg, 2 times per day (am & pm) due its halflife. She went overkill on the liver sups (2x milk thissle and 2x Essentials three times a day) which gave her hectic nausea and we cut out the milk thissle and kept with 2x Esssentials with every dose of Anavar. The doctor confirmed she had an overdose of B12 and last weeks liver function test confirmed all is normal liver wise. She finished the var only cycle on monday. Her bodyfat % went down from 20% to 14% and gained good muscle definition & strength. She will now train clean for six weeks then start taking the female stack to lean out further. She only has a small amount of stubburn belly fat left, but bear in mind she had three kids. She will testify that Var is good on its own.
