Hi there, what dosages of ostarine will you guys recommend for a first cycle. And I was planning on taking 0.5 mg of arimidex every second day ,will this be appropriate to prevent gyno??

A general starting point would be @10-20mg ed for a period of 6-8weeks depending on your goals.
On arimidex keep it on hand if gyno sides come up. No need to run arimidex of sarms unless u realiy sensitive (0.25mg eod) should be fine. Followed by pct 1

Thanks for the advice, I am purchasing my ostarine from LP ,and they offer 15mg caps so I was planning on taking 15mg a day for two weeks and then 30mg a day for week three and four so I basically planning on doing a 4 week cycle first. Do you think it will be a good way to start off??

Four weeks is a bit short bud. I would do 6mimum on a SARM remember the half life us long so results are only going to start at week 2.

But try it the way you planned Cuz. It's your experiment so live and learn. You won't be wasting it. Just eat clean and big and train mean and dirty

Im on week 5 of my LP Ostarine. Nipples started to get sensitive. I would say go for 8 to 10 weeks. See how your body respond if you push it to 30mg

What dosages are you taking and how are those gains??

How did this end for you? I am a week in to LP ostarine and my scrotum is already pulling tight.
