I am very unsure as to how SARMS work, so excuse my ignorance, but hearing that GW-501516 is great for Stamina, and LGD-4033 is good for strength, will these work well together for crossfit?

Hi Jack.

They will work good together yes. I do not have any cross fit experience though.

Thanks Rooi.

Nevermind the crossfit then, what I am looking for is strength, endurance/stamina, as well as some weight loss. Having done a basic Test cycle with Crossfit, it didn't have the desired results.

It seems like these SARMS can tick all the boxes and semi mildly too. I am just looking for a boost to give me an edge with good training and diet

Hi Jack E
You will love the stamina that GW will give you when doing crossfit. Other than that I don't know much about crossfit and only have experience with Ostarine and Mk677.
Sarms is great
