Bringing natural test levels up

Hello, I did a cycle and full pct last year and currently my free test is only 300 which is on the low end.I was thinking of taking nolvadex or clomid to try increase the production of my test and proviron to increase my free testosterone. What do you guys think?

Are you suffering from testicular atrophy ? If you are, you need to run hCG first at 500iu EoD for 20 days with Vitamin E, then 60-90 days of Nolva 20mg pd. Or else just move to Nolva 20mg for 60 to 90 days. Supplement longifolia jack and StaminoGro.

What is your thoughts on throwing Aromasin in with the Nolva Mr.Pump, Aromasin only cuts down your estrogen 50% odd at the correct dose and estrogen is still needed... Just a thought...

AI's are showing great results with regards to restoring test levels, so yup you can throw it in. The advice I gave was what Doctori advised for me when I was struggling to have kids, so from his point of view the extended Nolva was enough, but I'm sure there is multiple ways to skin a cat.

Where can I get longifolia Jack and StaminGro? also I see from the other replies that throwing in an AI like Aromasin will also help?

Mr pump could clomid be used instead of nolva or a combination of the 2? and at what dosages?

I have recovered with just Letro before. I only throw Aromasin in when using hCG, but that is most of the time so yes that is an option.

I personally don't like Clomid, it makes me feel terrible, however to answer your question, yes you could use Clomid instead, but we not in the 90's. If you want to use the two, look at the PCT option 1 in the articles section of the site.
