Is it normal for BP to be slightly elevated while on cycle?
On a test e and deca cycle. Nurse said my BP is 160'over 89. Need it to come down below 150 over 80 for med aid purposes. Going to test again next week.

Med aid pays so it's fine.
Just tested at home now. 149 / 88.
Is there any sides with the blocker?
Must I use this blocker only while on cycle and re access after pct?

Another important factor is that the nurse uses the right sized cuff. Often they only use the smaller one because it is more commonly used.
Generally they come in two sizes, 22-35cm and 35cm-45cm. There are very few sphygmomamometers that accomodates a 45cm+ cuff (read high end expensive) and most places are cheapskate and buy cheap and nasty (but still charge premium price)
Using a cuff that's too small will give an elevated BP. At work once the Occ. Nurse measured me and said I was slightly - moderately hypertensive (145/102), I knew this not to be and checked the cuff, low and behold, 22-35cm. I have ~39cm circumference, by no means "big" but bigger than average. Eventually he found the right cuff (he thought it was a "spare" and didn't even know about the circuference thing). Re-measured, and presto, 124/78.

Pump I bought the hawthorn. It's the solgar brand and it says. Hawthorn 250mg and berry powder 150mg per a capsule.
Took one take at lunch and one at supper. Measured now at 159/82. Will take one more before bed. And test first thing in the morning and post results.

You more than likely going to need the clonidine (menograine) to get it to drop into the upper 130s

How's that pump?
The nurse said anything under 150/80. Will be good to submit to med aid.
Going to continue with hawthorn. And monitor. Must I hang on with the menograine for now?

Nice reading... If you hanging around there then that's great.. Always try get the most out of natural stuff first. Chamomile tea is also relaxing and helps with anxiety so having a few cups of that a day too will help your BP, chamomile has pages of benefits for ones body.

It is down, and a beta blocker it not recommended for first second or 3rd line of blood pressure treatment. There are many other options before you start to play with your hearts rhythm.
