I agree with pump. Ask if you want to know how to optimize your cycle, then we can discuss it.

This is a topic (if I understand that OP's request) I've been really trying to find out more on and am having no luck. I feel at a loss on what to use between my testosterone cycles to keep my size / strength and general progress. I have kept the majority of my gains between cycles because I do well in maintaining my diet but I would like to know what compounds i can use between test cycles to keep making progress. I'm very much into powerlifting and strength training so coming off is frustrating and demotivating. I've honestly even starting thinking and discussing with my partner the possibility of staying on test year round with a blast and cruise method. But I know this ultimately becomes a life long decision.
As you might know from the MK677 thread, I'm currently trying out MK at 15mg a day as I've just gone off Test and will be starting PCT soon. I'm hoping MK will serve as a decent bridge between my test cycles but if not, what else can I consider?

Unfortunately that is the game hey. GET BIGGER -> get smaller -> GET BIGGER -> get smaller. Or stay on and add more risks to your health.

keeping longevity in mind, in that case i'd rather stick to a proper PCT and 4 months off.
also looking into the SARMS though, isarms.com seems to have a "bridge pack" but it's expensive.
January it will be my first time off cycle (this is my 1st proper cycle) so maybe it's learning time to see what happens and what is maintained, come next cycle i will be better prepared and informed for the "off cycle" season.
