Blurred vision painful strained eyes on cycle

Yes I know and appreciate it all the information and support from everyone. I woild never have touched gear if it wasnt for this Forum.. Also if idid I would have been 6feet under cuze to think what stupidity i did with information imagine what i would have done without.
So appreciate it and I know i made a mistake and abused the intake
