Yes and yes.

LP creates sarms and they are bringing out "new" sarms occasionally.

Ostarine healed my wrist pain that I had issues with for years. It's not completely gone, but it's a hella lot better than before. Though your results may vary obviously and if you have injuries get them checked out.
