Uninformed anabolic was created by 00blade
Hi Guys. Please can I get some advice. I haven't been in the gym for about 5 years and never been very consistent. Admire what you guys do , but never had the discipline. Started in the gym about two months back and was just on creatine and whey. Not interested in anabolics because I know the level of commitment you all put in. However went to a local "nutrition " shop and was looking for a creatine upgrade. Was supplied over the counter tabs as a " creatine on steroids " excuse the pun. What the lightie had supplied me was Super anadrol and super tren ( sure you all know far more about these then me). Anyway... Been on the caps 2 of each a day for about 10 days when I came across your website and a little info on these products. I need to get off them fast , as I had kidney failure 18 years ago. My question is , can I just stop ? And do I need some form of pct ? If I knew they were anabolic would not have touched them. Would only want to do injectables with a doc doing my bloods if I ever considered it.

@Eidolon - 3 weeks in hospital and the specialist told my folks to come say goodbye. Some pastor came to visit me on the way to dialysis and prayed for me, a couple days later i walked out of hospital - slowely, but i walked. everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but that was enough for me, and have no intetion of ever being back in that place.( kidney failure)

I hear you bud. You were healed through the miracle of prayer, but not enough for you to believe it's permanent.

The slight sides you may experience from quitting prohormones pale in comparison to a renal disaster.

@00blade. Go grab yourself some solal 24-IN-1™ Superfruit & Vegetable Drink. It is cheap and highly effective at supporting kidney, bladder and liver health. For the cash it's worth every cent.

24 Nutraceuticals in one drink:
Blackcurrent, acai, goji berry, noni, mangosteen, cranberry, Pomella® pomegranate, grape seed extract, lycopene, bilberry, Biolut™ lutein, AstaREAL® astaxanthin, zeaxanthin, blueberry, citrus bioflavonoids, carrot, celery, red beets, spinach, lettuce, onion, parsley, rosemary, lactobacillus cultures

Fresh smoothies and juicing will help to if you loaded can be expensive.

Flush those organs.

If you got one of those oasis bottled water places near you go get a 5 litre or two and drink that water for a few days. Very pure water. Use that water with the Solal concentrate to. Tap water is rubbish.

@Th@nks-a-mil . Much appreciated, will try pick some up in the morning.
@Eidolon believe it's permanent, just from what I've read so far, oral only isn't great. If you look anything like the pp you have , I have loads to learn still. Appreciate the help.

@00blade. No worries. I did juicing for years as well as the smoothie, fresh berry thing to. Both work really well for kidneys and liver issues but the massive amount of cash needed to keep it up is prohibitive.

This Solal product hits many of the main points people need at a great price point. It is like juicing with- out the pain. Just remember to mix with pure water. Oasis water rocks.

Now for a more complete kidney drink I add another product called Concentrace to all my oasis water and Solal mixes.

ConcenTrace® Trace Mineral Drops is the #1 selling trace mineral supplement in the natural channel according to SPINS. It is also one of the most powerful natural health mineral supplements in the world and has many uses and applications. It's impossible to underestimate the importance of minerals and trace minerals for the human body. They are the catalysts for all the vitamins and other nutrients your body uses for developing and maintaining good health.† ConcenTrace® captures the perfect balance of trace minerals your body needs. Using ConcenTrace® every day may help maintain healthy energy levels in your body by providing your body's entire electrical system the minerals it needs to function properly.†

ConcenTrace® Trace Mineral Drops is an all natural mineral concentrate that’s made by using ConcenFlo™, our proprietary harvesting process. ConcenTrace® contains over 72 naturally occurring ionic trace minerals from the Great Salt Lake with 99% sodium removed.

Ideally, minerals should come from eating a raw food diet. However, even eating a raw food diet isn’t enough since researchers have proven that soils have been depleted of minerals. Therefore, if it’s not in the soil, it’s not in the food. Here’s where ConcenTrace® comes in–taking ConcenTrace® every day ensures you’re getting a full spectrum of ionic trace minerals, which are the same kind of bioavailable ionic trace minerals that are found in foods!

Over the last 12 years of research and consumption of supps I have found Utah to make some of the best natural products in the World. Dischem has both Solal and ConcenTrace®.

If you have serious crap with your Kidneys we can take more drastic steps.

Let me know how things pan out for you.

Not to sound judgemental bro, but with the seriousness of what you have been through, nearly dying from renal issues, I really do not think it is too wise to even play with these compounds let alone take stuff from some lightweight at the gym. Education, education and more education.

There are many really good natural alternatives you could use while building a more dedicated and focused approach to your training. Getting to grips with where you are healthwise would be the first step you should take before even considering what you can and can't take based on your kidney history.

I am new to this site. The information and education these folks have put together is astounding. A light read will benefit any noob. A couple of hours of research will transform your idea's and shape your decisions. A few days might just save your or someone's life.

All the best bro.

@00pump thank you glad to be here.

@00blade. Been thinking a little more about the kidney problem. I have had kidney issues before that is why I know a few things about it.

A few more tips follow.

The kidneys are our organs that filter out toxins and waste from the bloodstream. Because toxins can affect your entire body, there is no question that supporting your kidneys is crucial for keeping your overall health in check. Without a balanced diet, purified drinking water, and body cleansing, toxins can build up and affect the function of the kidneys, liver, and neighboring organs… and may even lead to kidney stones and other problems.

Cleansing the Kidneys With a Few Sips
Cleansing the kidneys is a simple process and most cleanses don’t require an exhaustive supply of tools or ingredients to work. In fact, just drinking plenty of purified water is the first step toward an effective flush. Water, however, only provides hydration. The following 5 kidney-cleansing drinks may provide that extra cleansing boost.

1. Cranberry Juice

Cranberry juice has been touted for years as supporter for the urinary tract. Research shows that cranberries can help fight against urinary tract infections, possibly by decreasing the adhesion of bacteria to the bladder and urethra. [1] Cranberries may also be helpful for cleansing the kidneys of excess calcium oxalate, one of the main contributors to kidney stones. [2] When purchasing cranberry juice, always choose varieties that are certified organic and free of added sugars, preservatives, or artificial flavors; or, get a juicer and make your own.

2. Beet Juice

Beets and beet juice contain betaine, a very beneficial phytochemical. It has antioxidant qualities and increases the acidity of urine. This can help clear calcium phosphate and struvite buildup from the kidneys. [3] The removal of calcium in the kidneys not only promotes kidney function, but decreases the likelihood of kidney stones.

3. Lemon Juice

Naturally acidic, lemon juice has been shown to increase citrate levels in urine, a factor that discourages kidney stones from forming. For a quick lemon kidney cleanse, squeeze 4-5 lemons into a quart of cold water and drink up. Or, for a warming beverage, squeeze one quarter to one half a lemon into 8 ounces of hot water daily.

4. Juice Cleanses

Juice cleanses are all the rage, and with good reason. A juice cleanse combines the nutritional power of fruits and vegetables into one, easy-to-drink beverage. The juice of vegetables and fruits is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients necessary for facilitating the removal of toxins. This helps take the strain off the liver, colon, and kidneys. Vegetables like celery, cucumber, zucchini, lettuce, carrots, kale, and spinach are great for juicing. For fruits, try apples, peeled oranges, pears, pineapple, and peaches.

5. Homemade Kidney Cleanse Beverage

Here’s one of my favorite beverages that will aid any kidney cleanse. All you will need are fresh lemons, apple cider vinegar (organic and raw), purified water, and Renaltrex®. I’d suggest checking out the full kidney cleanse instructions for a detailed breakdown. But, in short, it involves mixing lemon juice, purified water, ACV, and Renaltrex into a beverage that you drink over the span of a four day cleanse.

What About Supplements?

There’s no question that certain nutrients are beneficial for kidney health but many people don’t get enough in their diet. That’s where kidney cleansing supplements can be helpful. The best ones contain herbs have had their active compounds extracted and enhanced to maximize efficacy. There are a number of herbs out there and a supplement like Renaltrex is a great source for many.

I will be running some Renaltrex prior to www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/sample-cycles/48-cycle-1

A pinch of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

@Th@nks-a-mL appreciate the info, will pop past dischem in the morning. FYI , the lightie was at the "reputable " nutrition shop. I was taking Whey, and creatine, wanted to stack with either Beta ecdysterone or beta alanine, but he talked me into the super anabol super tren instead. Should have stuck with my first plan.

Awesome bro. If you got the bucks and the time check out the supplement company www.transparentlabs.com/

The reason I suggest them is they offer some of the cleanest supplements on the planet. I am not sure how serious your kidney problem currently is but obv you have very little issues seeing you are on protein and creatine which wound not be wise if renal failure was still a possibility. Imminent renal failure patients normally go straight to dialysis.

Either way it is a miracle you turned around from a deathbed renal situation to being able to smash protein and creatine.

As stated softly before. No amount of substance natural or synthetic will, accomplish much if the right areas are not focused on. The cool thing with health issues (and serious one's at that is), you have a great opportunity to think out of the box. I was obsessed with what natural alternatives there are that come close to AAS results. Tall order and expensive exercise. I would say 95% of everything is BS. However there are a few diamonds to be found. TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) for example is fascinating stuff.

As with most things in life there are certain companies and individuals that stand above the rest. Great to start is:

Check out www.jingherbs.com/Athlete-s-Super-Kit-p/802.htm

Cool thing with TCM is you get to feed and heal your ,kidneys, spleen, adrenal glands, and much much more while you get buff.

Anyways just my two cents worth.

All the best.
Look after them Kidneys and remember variety is the spice of life!
