Need Advice on a good cycle was created by Adamscj

Good day Guys

I used dbools and sus and deca before

Dbols 6 a day for 1-4 weeks
sus 1ml a week
deca 1 ml a week

didn't do proper PCT

but I want to start on a good cycle
please give some advice

I want to build lean muscle and also loose some of my stomach fat

I wanted to use anavar and tbol for my next cycle but need some advice
@Oupa I read a few of your tips to the guys maybe you can advice
and for how long must I run a cycle

The stomach starts to show on some people when testosterone levels start to lower, I would just go with a straight test cycle and have an AI on hand as use as needed, if you keep it clean with test only, you can probably stretch the length of the cycle a bit longer and that should help you see some decent results.

Can you advice a good cycle also I saw with the last cycle my balls started to get smaller is there something to use to avoid this or get it back top normality

Test 500mg per week for 14 weeks
hCG 250iu twice a week (prevent your balls from shrinking)
1 drop of Letro EOD (Liquid-Pharma) (prevent some estrogen related side effects on the cycle)

Then Winstrol from week 13 to 18 (30mg), continue to use hCG during this period. (Stop Letro at week 17)

Directly after winstrol use hCG during the first 2 weeks of PCT which would be Nolva at 20mg a day for 60 days.

Depending on what test you using if it's test cyp at 250mg/ml you will take 2ml a week.

I wouldn't run anything with it, you have the winstrol at the end that will harden and cut you up nicely if your body fat drops enough. If you are going to run something with it then the cycle would need to change as to much toxins for the liver.

Hi guys
So i just started a cycle(my first1) and this is what i got from a guy i know.
Just want to know if its too much or can it be tweaked abit and is that pct right or should i wait longer? Using deca 100,depotrone 250mg, sust 250, dbols 500mg per 50 tabs and nolvadex 20mg per tab
Im 1.96m and weight is about 96kg
Wk1 deca1ml,dep1ml...wk2 sus1ml and dep1ml
Wk3 to 10 deca1ml,sus1ml and dep 2ml
Wk11 sus and dep 1ml each
Wk12deca and dep 1ml each

Dbol wk1 1 tab a day...wk 2 till 11 2tabs a day
Wk12 1 tab aday

Nolvadex from wk 7 to wk 14 ...1 tab a day

First 2 injections really painfull....

Any advice would be really appreciated

why the 2 different types of Test? thats probably why the shots are painfull.

also saying 1ml week 1 etc doesnt help us much. rather elaborate with the mg per week. Im sure the more experienced guys will chyme in as well

Ok heres repost with mg per week

Wk1 deca 100mg +dep 250mg...wk2 sus 250mg and dep 250mg
Wk3 to 10 deca 100mg,sus 250mg and dep 250mg but i must inject 2ml of depetrone
So its 4ml of juice from wk3 to wk 10
Wk11 sus and dep 250mg each
Wk12deca 100mg and dep 250mg

Dbol wk1 1 tab a day...wk 2 till 11 2tabs a day
Wk12 1 tab aday

Nolvadex from wk 7 to wk 14 ...1 tab a day

Does it make more sense?...im still learning lol

Ps...4ml seems abit much but like i said im new and need some advice
And im 2 weeks into my cycle already

how many times a week to you inject?
what labs are you using ?

since you are using deca you are going to need Cabaser and an Aromatase inhibitor, do you have that on hand?

oh and what about the HCG?

Very confused with this cycle.

Why are you tapering? Why are you using such a low dose of Deca? Your Dbol dose is way too low and you're running it for too long, it should be used at >30mg per day for 4-5 weeks at a time. Why are you using Nolvadex instead of an AI? What is your PCT?

Apart from that, 4ml per week is fine.

I inject once a week...i dont have an AI
My pct apparantly is the nolvadex according to the guy who gave me this cycle.
What is an AI and hcg.
Sorry guys ....i just want to do this right.

You said earlier that you just turned 35?

Read the stickies around the forum, you have a lot of learning to do. If you hadn't already started I would tell you that you are nowhere near ready to cycle.

What does your gear supply look like at the moment? Do you have access to more gear if we tell you to get more of x, y and z?
Tell us how many vials/amps of each compound you have and how many tablets of Dbol and Nolvadex you have left and we can help you with a new plan from here on out.

listen to what Hormonas said, and nolvadex is nowhere near enough for a pct of a cycle containing deca. You are going to need to get some more things dude.

An AI is Aromatase Inhibitor, go search some of stickies

Ok here goes....
Ive only been on cycle for 2 weeks and Hormonas this is what i have left....
Deca 100 fast acting 100mg/ml (10ml)
I have 9ml left

Depot cyp 250mg/ml (2×10ml)
I have 18ml left

Sustanon(nomasust) 250mg/ml (10ml)
I have 9ml left

Dianabol 500mg per 50 tabs(10mg/tab)
130 tabs left

Nolvadex 600mg/30 tabs (20mg/tab)
I have 60 tabs

With what you have left I would recommend doing:

3 or 4 dbols (30-40mg) every day until you finish the 130 tabs, split the dosage throughout the day.
Inject 2ml of the Cyp every week, you can do this in one injection or two 1ml injections per week (Mon/Thurs) until you finish your Cyp. Leave the Deca for next cycle - get at least two more vials because the minimum dose for Deca muscle gains would be around 300mg per week and you can run that alongside your sustanon. After your last injection you must wait three weeks and then you must start your Nolvadex PCT. Nolvadex should be fine as your PCT if you are only doing a test and Dbol cycle. You will gain a lot of weight on this cycle if you eat correctly. Aim for 750-1000 calories over maintenance if you struggle to gain weight.

Yo adam,
It sounds like you already have the anavar and tbol, true?
Well if so you can do the following,
Frontload with tbol @40mg per day week 1 to 4
Test week 1 to 10, (beter if you stretch to week 12) (test cyp 250 @500mg/week)
Bridge with anavar @40mg per day until pct
Make sure you wait the required period after test before you start your pct
Use pct 2
Keep arimidex on hand incase you feel gyno symptoms
Also safe to use hcg @250ui twice per week to stay clear from any sides.
