Nandrolone and the joints? was created by Ravage
So I want to know if there is a dose of Nandrolone thats low enough to not completely suppress your testosterone or for that matter where you wouldn't need cabaser, but still give you relatively good joint protection?

Nandralone doesn't protect your joints at all. It's a myth IMO that it helps with injury recovery, and can actually have the opposite effect. It masks joint pain, probably due to increased prolactin levels, which means you can train when you shouldn't.

Nandrolone is extremely suppressive even at low doses like 100mg/week. I've used NPP at 150mg/week to help with recurring aches and pains in my knee and elbow and it is effective.
Animal studies on the healing effects of nandrolone have shown mixed results depending on the injury and joints or tendons involved. It has had negative effects on healing in some injuries but there are more studies showing it's benefits.

I'm on 450mg a week deca and caber did more harm than good for me. Caber is not compulsory for deca. But will be needed if you are prolactin prone.
