Collagen and AAS. I have a few questions.

So I just read basically all the posts in the information section and I'm learning a lot now, starting to understand things I didn't before. Thank you to whoever wrote those amazing articles.
But now I have a question;
I read an article that stated that certain steroids are far worse for tendon health than others, the worst being Winstrol.
It stated;
Deca, Equipoise, Anavar, and Primobolan will ALL increase skeletal muscle while at the same time dramatically increase collagen syn and bone mass and density, leaving you with a substantially reduced chance of becoming injured than if you choose to use AAS like sus, cyp, or enth.
While testosterone will increase bone mass and density, even at supra-physiological levels, the result is weaker tendons due to inhibition of collagen syn.
So if I understand this correctly Test E and Test C are slightly bad for connective tissue due to collagen synthesis inhibition.
One of the worst things that can happen in bodybuilding is injury (whether you on cycle or not) and ofc this must be prevented at all costs.
My main concern here is my wrist - as mentioned in my other thread.
My fear is that the combination of dianabol + test will give me strength and I may injure myself unwillingly especially if Test C/E is slightly bad for connective tissue health. (obviously I'll naturally work in the higher rep ranges like 10-12 to avoid this)
This is a link to the article: www.steroidology.com/forum/anabolic-ster...sis-certain-aas.html
I'm sorry if this is a stupid question or is redundant for some reason, but I can't just follow something blindly, I have to know why it works and how. Even if it means asking stupid questions.
Edit: Sub question, HCG lasts for 3-4 weeks once mixed. I noticed the Beginner Bulking Cycle has one using HCG over a period of 19 days. Is the reason for that to stay under that 21 day time frame to ensure maximum potency?

There is no quick fix. Scans are your only solution to determine the exact problem. For minor tears, cortisone injections will do, for more serious tears, you looking at PRP injections. Besides surgery, that's your best options.
