HCG life

Hi guys.

Followed oupas advice and mixed my hcg sucessfully.

Question I have is

I am taking 250iu E3D. Which is 0.1 ml from the 2ml vial. I draw my 250iu and place it back in fridge.
I will .get 20 shots out of the 2ml vial. And that should last me roughly 60 days.

Will the hcg stay potent for 60 days in the fridge?

The hcg has no info insert.

Pregnyl should be stored in a refrigerator between 2°-8°C and once reconstituted it will gradually decrease in potency and eventually lose all effectiveness in about 3-4 weeks.

Is it fine if I draw 2 Separate shots then Freeze hcg in same vial.
Thaw hcg when mentioned two shots is finished.
Draw 3 shots. Take 1 immediately and keep 2 in fridge.
And freeze vial again and carry on with the same routine thereafter.

Will that help in prolonging the hcg?

Just draw up desired dose in insulin syringes and freeze. Thaw when you need. KISS principal...

You can not keep refreezing HCG. You will destroy the peptide. Letting it thaw once before use is fine.

Rooi Bul - are you saying that the Pregnyl should also be stored in fridge/freezer before its mixed? I read some conflicting info on other sites. If so, then its a tricky one, as you dont know how your supplier stores it. I believe the hormone is only active after the mix?

Also, for interest sake, what happens if you take too much HCG? (Except the possible gyno)

I think this is where i screwed up with my 1st cycle.. I took too much, and maybe why my test was shutdwn almost completely, and no sex drive.. Though i was taking 250iu per shot 2x per week, but instead took 1500iu Ashamed to even mention it. Thats why its so inportant for everyone reading this post, to ensure you get the dosage right. I got the Pregnyl 1500iu in the box (3 Amps) and for some kak reason thougt that 1 amp is then 500iu ( following the lead from my PT)

No it only needs to be stored in freezer/fridge after it is mixed/reconstituted...

Taking a too high dose ore even a low dose but for too long can have the opposite effect, rather than stimulate the HPTA it then starts to inhibit/suppress it...

Stick to the dosages and guidelines given by Oupa and the Other Moderators and from PCT section

Bud, as I understand it:

Get 5x insulin syringes. Pull them all equally so that each syringe have 1000iu in it.

Now put 4x of the syringes in the fridge.

Take out the fridge and use as required.

Each syringe will last 2 weeks. 2 x 250iu per week = 500iu per week. Thus a syringe will last 2 weeks.

Every 2 weeks you take a new syringe out of the fridge.

@Optron - i have the 1500iu amps.. Not the 5000iu. So when mixed with the 1ml liq, its 1500iu. So i need to split this into 6x syringes, as i will do 250iu 2x pw.. This is at least how i got to the "logical" answer!

Exactly. Take 1 x 1500iu amp and split it into 2 insulin syringes. Then you have 750iu per 1 x insulin syringe.

Put the one syringe in the freezer and use the other.

Each 750iu syringe can hold you for 3 x 250iu shots, thats 1 and half weeks.

Once you finished the first syringe after one and half week, take out the other, defrost and use.

Optron. Do you use same needle to inject more than once?

Yes bud. I use those little orange insulin syringes from Discem. Works excellent. 3-4 shots with a needle no problem. Just store it in the fridge.

I used the same ones. Is it not safe using the same needle?

Yes, it is fine to use the same needle until it gets blunt. There is no ways that you can use a new needle for every HGH or HCG subq shot. Just store it in the fridge.

You going to have a lot of wastage. I normally use the little orange insulin 1ml syringes which has a fixed needle. I normally draw 3-4 shots (250iu) into a syringe and use it with the same attached needle.

Once a needle is used. It's no longer sterile. Just thought using a new one for each shot is better
