Hi Guys

About to do my first cycle :woohoo:

Done as much research as a noob can do and decided to do the beginner bulking cycle, ordered paid waiting for delivery

Im shit scared of gyno and ordered letrozole after reading an article which suggests taking small doses a few days before starting the cycle and during the cycle followed by the normal pct.

So does anyone have any views on this.

I was going to do the recomended bulking cycle for beginners excatly as recomended on the site.

Dianabol & Testocyp
Day 1- 25 40mg Dianabol everyday
Day 1 - 77 Every Mon and Thursday 250mg Testocyp

Pct
Day 106 - 112 2x50mg clomid everyday
Day 113- 142 20mg novaldex everday
Day 113 - 131 500iu hcg every second day

Height 1.87m
Weight 90kg
Bf 15%

Firstly have you done bloods to test your hormone levels before? If not I suggest you do. Test your testosterone (total and free), estrodial, can, lbs and red blood cell count. At least you have a baseline for testing on cycle and after PCT. Having Letro on hand if you have gyno symptoms is fine but don't use it unless you have to. I would use Aromasin on Anastrozole on cycle - go with low doses - you can read up on the forum the suggested doses. Best bet is to do estrodial bloods during cycle to watch the levels and take corrective action accordingly - better than guessing. E2 test at Lancet is R200 - worth every penny. You may not need anything or may need dosing everyday. Letro is just too potent to get dosing right - it will crash you estrodial and with that the sides are not fun.

Gyno is a very weird thing. My first cycle I did not even have letrozole but no gyno appeared at all. My second and same cycle it did however after a while and at least I had letro on hand. Used 20-25 drops for about 4 or 5 days and it went away.

Personally I feel you don't have to start using it until you see or feel any signs of gyno, but this can sometimes just be in your head (the signs that you are getting gyno) as you get parnoid haha. I kept thinking I was getting gyno on the first cycle until I really got it on the second one, My niples were so sore and it felt like a hard and round piece of skin or ball under my nipple. If you have letro on hand you should be safe and don't need to stress.

Hey guys just an update as im going through my first cycle, im glad i had the letro. Started feeling really sore on my nipples so took 10 drops of letro every 3rd day which gave me funny side effects i went very red and felt like i was on fire so went down gradually to 4 drops every injection day. No sides no sore nipples very happy

That is an odd way of dosing. Would it not be better to use 3 drops every day instead of such a large dose very 3 days?

Yip i found out the hard way a little goes a long way with letro and i have it working right now for me with 4 drops every injection day just as well i had it handy paranoid or not :woohoo:

If can differ quite a bit from person to person. If you already have a lump forming then that would not cut it. If just itchy nips then it might do but that is on the low side.

Oddly I have become a serious aromatizer. I need 3mg per day on TRT to keep E2 in range. Has anyone else experienced this?

That is just because of the length you on. I find initially an AI functions a bit more aggressively, but 0.3mg is not allot in the greater scheme of things. Are you going by sensitivity or by blood results ?

Just to clarify I am not on 0.3mg but 3mg (30 drops) pd. I am going by bloods. At 2mg per day my E2 is about 10% above max point on reference range. I don't get gyno symptons. My main symptom of high e2 is body fat retention and poor libido. I have tried Aromasin instead and I may as well be taking smarties. This never used to be the case.

No yella then you have yourself a problem. You supposed to be on TRT for health reasons and if you need to use that amount of an AI then you causing more problems than you are doing good for the body. I would try move to Aromasin and permantly get rid of some of the estrogen. Maybe you have a extremely high amount of free estrogen floating around, I don't know I'm just guessing

Have tried Aromasin, which didn't do the trick - although haven't tried a big dose - maybe that's the answer. But agreed shouldn't be such an issue on TRT.

Letro is not good to use long term with TRT as Pump said. If that's the case you should feel better on aromasin or even adex. I don't find any difference between ED or EOD dosing with letro. Everyone reacts differently Rooi Bul so try 6mg EOD for a week and adjust from there depending how you feel.

Doing your T shots more regularly at lower doses has been shown to cause less of an increase in estrodial so that is also something worth considering.

I believe Letro has a longer half life so eod or ed doesn't make a diff. I have moved to a tiny Test dose eod to combat. I am going to switch to a higher dose Aromasin to to see if that works better. What I couldn't quite establish from research if the concern with Letro is Letro or that it kills you e2 (which in my case it's not doing).
